Mail carrier didnt deliver an overnight express mail item on Saturday to a family member, nor did he/she even attempt it, but the tracking info states an attempt was made while someone was at home waiting for it. Even worse, the post office is only two blocks away from where she lives. Bad form, and complaint for misconduct filed with IG Office.
