Awful! I went to pick up a package after receiving the pink slip in my mail. This slip also stated that I owe $6 shipping. I stood in line for 15 minutes. When it was my turn I waited another 15 minutes while the staff looked for my package. She could not find it. I wasnt really surprised b/c she couldnt find the previous customers package either. She took my contact info and said shes ask the carrier and call me. Its been five days and I havent received a call. I asked my carrier about it, but she wasnt the regular carrier. She also took my information but I havent heard anything. Wondering where my package is--I have no idea what it is--I wasnt expecting anything. Hope its not important . . .

Employees deliberately waste time when "looking" for packages. I need to remember when purchasing things online not to have them sent through the Post Office; these people dont deserve the job they have.

The mail carried doesnt deliver our PACKAGE to our front door. They drop our package off where the common townhouse mailbox is located where anyone can take your package.
