Extremely bad business. I had a po box for 20,years, never once had a problem. I paid my pobox fees with usps money order, said they never got it after almost 6 months after it was due!! Never received any notice that it was not paid. They returned my mail to important senders that caused me serious business problems. Told me I had to pay for inquiry into where my money order went. After reading other reviews, I can see I am not imagining things! Very unhappy with their service. Will make repeated complaints if this continues.
