The service here is HORRIBLE every time I am expecting a package its lost. Regardless if its something iv paid for or someone is sending me its lost. I am writing this review after my 5th bad experience from May- January. While away in July I had my mail nd packages on vacation hold for 2wks. When I returned home from vacation 2 days early half of my packages were sitting on my steps,the other half were lost between the post office and the shipping center and paper mail was redelivered smh this time I had a package scheduled for delivery yesterday. After tracking my package it said that it was left at my door at 2:30 which was not true BC I was home until about 3. At this very moment Im not sure where the package is or if it will be redelivered. Customer service says it was not delivered due to no secure location but sees where it says it was delivered at 2:30 yesterday. Even if they didnt leave it a notice should have been left which didnt happen.Every single time this happens it is reported and I ask for the carrier to be investigated but because this continues to happen Im sure nothing is being done. At one point iv had 2 supervisors find my packages but unfortunately they do not hold the carriers accountable for there actions. Its absolutely ridiculous, annoying and frustrating to continuously have this happen. I have NEVER had this much problem until moving into a area where Im dealing with this PURTICULAR post office. I really would appreciate if a supervisor or DM would look into this locations carriers.

I would give this place zero stars if I could the people who work here are assholes!!!! I went there today one minute late and they refused to allow me to come in and pick up a piece of important mail I had to sign for but was not home at the time to do so, they were very rude and disrespectful!!!! If this wasnt the only post office we had close to us or the only post office we could use and our mail came from I would not far go back to this post office for anything!!!! So all in all now I cant get my important piece of mail until after the holiday and when they open back up and by that time it might even be to late depending on what type of important piece of mail it was!!!!! Thanks a lot USPS YOU SUCKS!!!!!!!

This morning, I watched the postal carrier throw my package from the sidewalk in front of my home, to my doorstep, a total of approximately 10 - 15 feet. When I asked the carrier if they could refrain from throwing my packages in the future, they replied back, and asked if I could clear my steps of snow, of which there was probably a little more then a dusting of snow on the steps at the time, and certainly no more snow on my steps, than there was on the ground at the time, through which she walked, to get from her van to the sidewalk in front of my home. Nothing like great customer service! I will be calling the branch to file an official complaint.

The service there is poor they should change the employees, theyre racist and act like youre there to ask favors to them they dont have maners to treat the customers I dont understand why they still there when the service they provide to customers is the worse Specially the black lady and Im not being racist or anything I just dont know what her name is but she treats people there like trash I prefer to drive 20 minutes to go to another post office than go have a bad time there and be treated like Im begging her for something.... I hope one day change employees !!!

This post office is absolutely horrible. I have lived in five states and have never had anything lost in the mail. Since moving here I have had six packages that were listed as delivered via USPS tracking and I never recieved them. Filing complaints did nothing. I received an email saying "your concern has been received, we are unable to locate the item, the issue is now resolved." This is the exact reason why the Postal Service is going broke. Use FedEx or UPS at least they are accountable to their customers.

The worst post office I have ever been to. My package was supposedly delivered July 11th 2016 and nothing came. I went to the office for information and they didnt listen to a word I said. After explaining it was never delivered she went into the storeroom and came back and said it isnt here (NO REALLY!!!) I said it was delivered to my mailbox and when I checked nothing was there. She said "it was stolen then. call the company and get them to send you a new one"

Horrendous carriers who refuse to actually deliver the parcels and the mail gets delivered elsewhere if at all. Anything that I order I eventually have to pick up. Completely defeats the purpose! They also never leave the notice that the tracker states they did. Proof positive that the delivery attempt was never made. BTW, the older associates in the office are the only ones with sense!

Our mailman will have certified letters and is to lazy to walk up on our porch and knock on the door. They just stick the paper in the mailbox saying that I have to go to the office to pick it up. This happens all the time I have complained several times and it seems to continue happening. When you confront him the next day he swears that he knocks. This is getting old!

Absolutely dishonest and despicable. 2 day priority mail out for delivery that never makes its way to me. Then you send it back? you SEND IT BACK? No Notice was left. Freaking LIARS! Then you never answer your phone. Its absolutely sickening. Thanks for ruining plans and stealing my package. Sad thing is Im 3 minutes down the road. 3 freaking minutes.

Always something. This make my second package that was "misplaced" during delivery when we only live down the road. According to the tracking number, it was out for delivery but then was delayed for an issue with the carrier. I want my stuff, and I want it now. Never going to order something unless I have it dropped off at work. Get it together people!

When I started my eBay business a year ago I had never sent a package anywhere. The people at Brooklyn literally walked me through my first international shipment and checked any package a was unsure of. Other post offices told me "you printed the postage so its your problem". I hope they read this because Im VERY greatful :)

If you live on and floor other than the first floor in an apartment building you can expect to not receive your package. Anything to big for your mailbox i dont get this time i didnt even get a notice but i have my own tracking set up. And they were to redeliver today Saturday and still no notice not did i Recieve it.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They throw packages at the front door because theyre too lazy to use the 4 stairs and too busy talking on the phone. If you actually have to go to the physical branch, they are rude and nasty. Half the time, my packages are "lost". Terrible, terrible service.
