possibly the worst carrier of all time of mail. been waiting for a package for 2 weeks and it has not been delivered but yet they tell me the package has. Yall should have shut down in 2008 or whenever when you were going through rough financial times. THESE PEOPLE SUCK USE UPS OR FEDEX. Not USPS. trash organization with trash people who cannot help you worth anything

Went in to ask if a package was in customs. I was told there was no information they could give me other than what I see online with the tracking number. Thats just not true. A quick Google search will show that they can put a parcel tracer action on the package. So one star for lying to me. This kind of stuff is why I ship UPS.

As post offices go, the rot hasnt settled in as deeply as other locations. Compared to Davidsonville, the Crownsville location looks good, and compared to Crofton, its like going from the First World to the Third World. But still no competition to FedEx, and struggling to get to UPS level.

Needs an investigation immediately. They dont deliver packages to the correct addresses and have been caught keeping packages themselves. Please fix this ripoff establishment, has ruined my ability to even use Amazon.

I stop by here regularity on the way to Annapolis (even though I pass my post office on the way) every one is so friendly and quick. This is a wonderful group of people. Thank you
