One star is extremely generous. They are always putting mail in the wrong boxes. Im waiting on a shirt that I ordered online that shows it was delivered "to/by mailbox" on Sat Dec 7. Not only was it not in my mailbox, but it wasnt put in a box requiring a key and key put in my mailbox. So im hoping its in someones box that just either hasnt checked their mail and will put it at my door, or these people have it at the post office. Im also always getting ripped and open mail. Im so sick of the rudeness they give whebn delivering mail and the snide attitudes in the post office.

One star is too many. There is ZERO competency at either the Marietta Post Office or the Maytown Post office. Of course, theres no need to give customer service when there isnt any competition is there? These two post offices could not even coordinate well enough to help us forward our mail. After FIVE WEEKS weve received mail TWO TIMES. Ive never seen such incredible incompetency or "give a crap" attitudes. How these people have jobs is simply beyond me.

Worst post office ever! Have made several calls to them about packages not being delivered, the first two times they failed to deliver me court papers and this time it was a package. I called and spoke to someone who was very rude and made it very clear that he didnt care at all. He wouldnt let me speak and argued with me. The post man leaves the orange card in my mailbox saying they missed me, when they never attempted to knock at my door.

I sent money via mail and the person never received it and i have never had a mail carrier read my mail as much as this new mail carrier. she doesnt even wear uniform. i complained to the post office and they said there isnt a problem. this place needs to be shut down.

I just stopped in to ship a box with pre paid shipping, I needed 12 inches of box tape. Even though their tape gun was right next to the lady, she refused. Stating she couldnt tape my box because they sell tape. No wonder why this office gets bad reviews.

I have to agree. It should be ZERO STARS. Why do these nincompoops keep "requiring me to be present" to sign for packages when the senders did not require it? Are they that bored that they have to create problems and drama? JERKS!

Recently moved and was not receiving my mail, after doing change of address at Columbia Post Office. Randy, at the Marietta Post Office, went above and beyond, to get the matter corrected. Thanks Randy!
