Called this post office about a package that I ordered online. My tracking number was through fed ex but my local usps was supposed to drop it off. Three weeks ago I came into this office to get a mailbox lock. I paid $40.00 for that. They have yet to change my mailbox lock and when I call about it they have no clue when they are getting new locks. Now they are telling me my address is undeliverable with no reasoning to why or how to prevent it. Not until I complained did the women ask for my tracking number rudely. She then proceeded to leave me on hold for 15 minutes. This is extremely frustrating. I am very disappointed in this service and am even more upset that this is my local post office.

So severn mail for certified mail with a signature.....i was waiting for a package all day finally 7pm, i was within a few paces of my home and the mail woman ran out of her car and didnt even knock on the door just left the certified mail reciept at my door and ran all within less than 3 seconds. I had to chase her down and when i saw what she did and told her about it she was offended about doing her job... severn mail is the most unprofessional thing ive ever witnessed. Who delivers mail in an rhyme stone hat and yoga pants and a graphic tee. The post office isnt much better... just DO YOUR JOB!! And stop complaining about it and rolling your eyes there are several jobs out there.

This post office like many other move at a pace to insure things are being handled properly. This I can appreciate, no matter how long the wait. HOWEVER, the mail carrier/s are another story. On several occasions the carrier/s NEVER delivered packages and/or certified letters, even though several people were home. Instead, the carrier/s opted to leave notification in the mailbox without even checking to see if anyone was available. This is unacceptable. However, after seeing one of the mail carriers for my area, I understood the lack of professionalism based on his attire. I actually thought he was going to a club the way he was dressed. Another Unacceptable!

Every time I call I have to hold for at least 40 minutes,and my mail is always delivered to the wrong address,I was expecting 2 packages today,my tracking number says it was delivered but when I checked my mailbox,nothing was in it,Im quite sure they put it in the wrong box,I was waiting on an engagement ring and a dash camera, and dont have neither,I paid a lot of money for these two packages, and Im still on hold for now more than an hour,I wish I could give them negative 5 stars

I wish I could rate negative stars. Ive had SIX packages this month get marked delivered , but not be delivered to my home, or the leasing office! I keep getting told its a mis-delivery, and to contact the company to get it replaced. Im out so much money because some of them werent from companies! Ive filled out the form that states they are NOT to deliver if no one answers the door (they never even knock), but they do anyway. Im sick of this!

I love this post office! I have had NO problems. The one person whos always up front is always super friendly and Ive seen him interact with kids! A lot of people I see hate kids. He gets my mail out when I get there, after waiting usually no more than 10 minutes if there isnt a lot of people, maybe 5. If theres a lot, 15 min max. But I love this post office, very helpful and Im happy theyre my local instead of Severn.

This is the worst post office Ive ever had to use. They are constantly delivering mail that doesnt belong to me and my neighbors are constantly bringing me mail that was misdelivered to them. Its like the mailman cant read. The staff is rude, non responsive, uncaring and very slow. Ive called consumer affairs multiple times. It gets better for a few months and then goes right back to being horrible again.

When you have one job and you cant even do that right. Constantly marking packages as delivered but no packages. Other times a neighbor a street over brings it by because I guess reading the address of the place the mail is being sent to is too much trouble. Makes me wonder how much mail we never receive and will never know about. Whoever thought giving usps the "last mile" delivery needs to lose their job.

Ive only lived in Severn for 8 months. So far, FOUR packages have gone missing. One $40 dress, one anniversary gift, one Jet order and one package that, luckily, ended up at a friendly neighbors. One of the male postal workers is so short and rude with his customers...I dread having to get in his line. He talks down to you like youre stupid. The lady cashier is nice, though! The only redeeming factor.

This location is basically just a post office box facility. There is no self service station where you can come in after hours and buy postage and mail your package. There is a service counter that is about the size of a hall closet and closes promptly at 4:59. You look like a fool if you walk in after hours looking to do anything other than check a post office box.

Staff is very friendly...i love the front counter team they have. Despite the reviews below, you have to think of where the problems are occurring, as far as my rating I have never had an issue, and only have had to deal with the front counter staff, and I must say they are friendly, curteous,and profiencent.

This is absolutely the WORST post office that I have EVER been to. They are very slow, NEVER answer the phone, do not deliver packages on time, but scan them on the day its suppose to arrive and the workers are the rudest. They would get 0 stars from me if I could post that.

Every time I make the mistake of trying this Post Office, I leave in frustration because the line moves SO SLOW. The workers move as slow as they can, they obviously hate their job, and their attitude shows. SLOW, TERRIBLE SERVICE

This post office is only open until noon on Saturdays, NOT 2:30 like Google says above. I dont know how to report the error to Google for a fix but I thought if I posted this then I might save someone else the trip for nothing.
