The postal employees are always rude if you have any questions concerns. No one at that office cares about its customers. But they will smile like a trained monkey if you have money in your hand. I had concerns about my mail delivery and the MULTIPLE postal carriers on my street alone. All they had to say to me was...is your name on the mailbox? They look at NAMES not ADDRESSES. Yes both of our names are on the mailbox....my sons name isnt BUT he GETS MAIL ANYWAY....Are you kidding me? A mailman isnt REQUIRED to look at the address hes delivering mail to? Just the name? That doesnt make sense...someone got mail delivered here...correct address but no one by that name EVER lived here. I asked that question as well. They told me the mailman was looking at the address and if i think Im having problems with my mail i just need to pay for a post office box....cuz yea...I want to just fork over money to people that treat me like an imbecile. I hate it there and want the USPS to be completely removed from the equation. Everything should have to be digital now anyway. And Id rather have fedex or ups handle all of my mailing needs.

Ill start off by saying this place doesnt deserve one star. How about one middle finger. I ordered a 90$ item from eBay to give to a friend for a birthday gift. The package came rather quickly. I came home from a long day at school and interning to a package laying on the couch. My parents brought it in for me. My parents were surprised to find my box left in the middle of the damn porch. Thats just irresponsible and dumb. If it would have gone missing..I for sure wouldnt be the one paying for another one.

This place is a joke. The person in charge should be fired. First off when packages are dropped off or picked up when they have delivery confirmation they should be scanned! I called the supervisor and she said we dont have time for that. Thats illegal. So I asked her what to do she said to wait in line. I have to wait 1/2 hr sometimes because she is not having her employees do there job properly. She is just too lazy and uneducated to realize that is why we pay extra. Im going to call the Postmaster.

When they dont feel like delivering a package, they just "Return to Sender" then I get hit for a restocking fee. I have had several deliveries from the same vendor and magically one day my address is "Undeliverable due to incomplete address." The vendor sent me an image of the package and indeed my full address is there.

If you cant fit it in the box you should let me pick it up.. just had a package stolen off my pourch cause they put it on the ground again... now im out the stuff in the package and the money i paid for it...when did it get so hard to leave a note saying its at the office....not a happy camper right now...

My parents like to send me cards while Im away at school and now their cards have gone missing twice when being mailed out through this post office. Its probably also a coincidence that their cards that have gone missing have contained money or gift cards inside them as well. Seem like a problem?

This place doesnt even deserve one star. They WILLNOT answer their phone and a letter containing my rent was enclosed in the now missing letter. Glad it was at least a money order because if I cant get it back I can at least stop payment on the money order

The mail carriers do not deliver the mail every day! mail was on hold for 8 days, apparently bc "regular carrier lady was on vacation " so stated a worker at the office...thats ridiculous, really bad service, it makes you not to trust them unfortunately:(

I like when they dont feel like delivering a certain day they mark the package like they couldnt deliver or the address is unreadable, but the next day it shows up Lazy post office...... But they say sorry like that helps anything. Lazy....

My business takes me here almost daily and the people here do a great job concerning all the rude people they have to deal with daily all the counter people there are very respectful and knowledgeable in a stressful job Thank you...
