It was terrible. A lot of empty promises, before one signs the contract. At the beginning, you must talk more to an agent, to make clear all the facts about the property. Instead of Mr Harris, Kathy called back, who I had no contract with. No open house to promote the listing. No wonder, that he could not sell the house.
