I rented from them, worst mistake ever! While living in the slumlord house they masked to look like a cozy home, it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix anything. At 1 point the front and back door were stuck shut. After 3 months of requesting someone to come fix them, I had to send them the DE code stating the house could be condemned as a fire hazard... Finally someone came! I got orders to deploy right at the end of my lease. Cleaned the house nicely and turned in my keys at their office... Did I mention that they lost their keys to the house and then accused me of changing the locks? Anyway, while on my flight overseas they email me telling me that if I dont turn in the keys they are going to charge me for each day, up to a month. I couldnt get a reply when I got the chance to email them back so I had to send my leadership over there! Now, still deployed, Im trying to find out how much of my security deposit will be returned to me and the breakdown of fees theyre charging. I cant get an answer and on the 31st itll be a month since I moved out... Im buying a house when I return from my deployment. I will never do business with them again. When I reported them to the BBB about the doors being broke the manager, Audry Brodie LIED to the BBB, telling them I had moved out months ago and left the house damaged (I still lived there when she was telling them this) and she wasnt sure why I was contacting them. This place has zero ethics and they will squeeze you for every penny they can all while shafting you.

Worst renting experience ever!! They say on their banner out front that they are military friendly, but that is far from the truth. We moved in the beginning of summer and shortly after the AC went out we had to argue with them to even send anyone out to look at it and they didnt want to pay for it saying they have to get the landlords approval all while we were suffering from the heat inside the house and with 5 children, my kids couldnt even sleep well at night. It took almost 2 months of going back and forth for them to finally get it fixed and only because my husband figured out the problem because the company they were using didnt want to fix the issue with the AC saying it costs a lot and theyve told Weichert that they would have to replace the system the previous year! During this whole time we felt that they were purposefully ignoring our calls and emails so they wouldnt have to deal with us. Just the worst people ever to deal with, to the point where we fixed any of the issues afterwards ourselves just so we wouldnt have to deal with them. And we had tons of problems, with the plumbing, electrical, and so much more. Would never recommend them to anyone ever! We are so glad that we are no longer leasing with them, we got out as soon as our lease was up!

Speaking to the property management portion of this business; the ineptitude is strong with this one. If you are looking to rent out your place, especially if you live out of state, look elsewhere. They agreed to do a walk through quarterly...didnt happen. We had to contact them when rent was not received within 15 days, multiple times. There were a few occassions when the tenant had informed the property manager rent was going to be late but this company never informed us until we called. They would also not allow us a copy of the lease, which we found curious. I could go on and on, but Ive wasted enough energy, time and money with this horrible company.
