This was our first experience buying a home, and we were also new to the area (Kent County, DE). Jeremy Brown helped us so much!!! He was very enthusiastic about the whole process and definitely made time to drive us all over the area! Jeremy is a great listener and made the process fun! I ask a lot of questions, and he was very patient with me and did his best to answer each and every one. The first house we thought was ours fell through (for a seemingly rare reason), but Jeremy was eager to help us get back out there to search and tour other homes, and he stayed very positive! We ended up with a terrific new house in a perfect area for us in this season of life:-) I am very grateful to Jeremy for all the help in this process, and also for him continuing to follow-up on how we are settling in; weve been in the home for over 3 months now and love it!
