I reached out to Chris about a year and a half before I knew we were going to purchase a new home. We were curious to see what was out there in the market and Chris was kind enough to put me on his mailing list until we were officially ready to start looking.. Chris also, checked up on us throughout the year to see if we needed to make any changes to the generated list he had done up for our must haves!!! . Once we were finally/officially ready to actually hit the street and start looking for our new home, Chris was a pleasure to work with. He always had our days booked and scheduled with a ton of great listings. I also have to add, I was pregnant at the time of this and I definitely wasnt always a pleasure to work with since pregnancy hormones tend to take over hahah.. Especially on the HOTT Summer days, but Chris always knew how to keep me focused and happy moving forward. After several showings (about 35/40 house later) maybe more !?? YES.. I was a picky pregnant lady lol.. We finally found our DREAM HOUSE and Chris was right along side of us to make sure the process went very smoothly :) We were very to have Chris as our Realitor and we would definitely use him again and again.. He also helped my husband Marcs sister and husband find a lovely home as well.. Chris thank you for being awesome :)

Id definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a home! He was patient enough to take me to probably over 40 houses (all over Chester, Montgomery and Delaware county) and never pressured me to make an offer. He also went out of his way to make sure the owners made repairs that I might have just accepted so that it didnt delay settlement. Ill definitely be recommending him to any of my friends/coworkers who need a realtor.
