I recently rented a house from this Century 21 Absolute, West Chester PA and have had nothing but a terrible experience with them. The broker Perry is a very unhappy person with an attitude all the time, I dont know how he ever sells home. The owner David is just as bad. When I moved into my home I realized my oven didnt work, I moved in, in December its now March and guess what? I STILL dont have a working oven. My lease clearly states I am too have a working oven. I have called on numerous occasions about this problem and no one ever calls me back. I did get to talk to Perry last week and he quickly got me off the phone and told me Dave would call me back, ha that was a joke.I have been yelled at by this brokers, hung up on. These property managers are FAR from professionals. I now have complaints in to Century 21s main office and if that doesnt work I am going to have to go out and get an attorney and contact the better business bureau and the realators association to get them in trouble. the listed as a property manager and maintenance office. If they dont want to do that then why list your office as that. I personally feel bad for the owner of this house who is paying this office to do nothing but sit back and collect the rent. Please stay far away from the brokers in this office, they will ignore you and not do anything for you after you sign the lease. Happy house hunting!!!

I am currently working with a realtor and mortgage consultant from Century 21 Absolute Realty. I am VERY unhappy with their professionalism and knowledge base. The real estate agent that I am working with incompetent; in working with her, I have experienced name calling and strong arming after I told her I was not interested in a property with some water damage. In working with the mortgage consultant, I have experienced being asked why I feel it necessary to "read" every paper I am signing; I was also run out of the office because he had to "go home and make dinner." Keep in mind, he was the one to set up the appointment. Home purchases are far too important to work with this group who is unprofessional and incompetent. You owe it to yourself to find another company to guide you along in the process.

Century 21 absolute, absolutely the worst.Signed a contract with this sham of a firm to manage a property when I moved across the country. This firm is consistently hard to communicate with, Joanne Murray seems to be the ringleader of this circus. The conditions of this contract are never met. Rent is constantly 10 or more days late, late fees not charged to the tenants. Township Utilities are still being paid by ME! Yet They get Their fee each month. Just warning you Chester county people beware!!

Century 21 was the absolute worst landlord I have ever had. They dont care about their tenants and they really dont care about their properties. They barely ever fixed anything and when they did it was after I called them 15 times and a month or two went by. No one there cares because nothing falls on any individual if something goes wrong or someone gets hurt in any of their properties. Do yourself a favor and never rent ANYTHING from Century 21
