Never have I seen such incompetence in a business deal before. When making a $400K deal, I expect professionalism, and this was not the case. Our settlement date was almost pushed back as a result of THEM not filing paperwork, all after we had asked them a half-dozen times if they had everything they needed, to which they didnt respond to once. After the deal was done, they sent all of our documents to our old address, multiple times we had to request that they send us our first statements so that we could make our first payments. It was so unprofessional throughout the entire process, it almost seemed as if it was everyone in the companys first day on the job. Do yourself a favor, and NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Update: We finally refinance with a reputable bank, and never have I been so relieved in my life. We had to absorb the closing costs into our new loan, after less than two years into our mortgage, but it was well worth it.

It was clear to us early on that Tom possesses a wealth of knowledge of the Southern Chester County real estate market as evidenced by his ability to help us quickly zero on in on exactly which location and type of home would best suit us among an array of options. He shared listings with us frequently, and made himself very available for showings, often on very short notice. Tom was ambitious in negotiating a fair purchase price for the home we loved, and guided us through the inspection and settlement process. So far its been horrible. We actually had one of their "Sales Associates" call us at 10:19 on a Saturday night "after" we had questioned why shed never gotten back to us the entire day. I have owned many homes and dealt with many Realtors. This is the worst I ever recall. They seem extremely greedy and its all about them, not the client!! I strongly recommend avoiding this group and possibly all Coldwell Bankers, if this is an example of the Companys behavior. We were dealing with the Wayne, Pa office. I would award them zero stars, but this website does not allow it.

Hopefully will never have to deal with this group again. I had an 11 AM settlement today and at 4:50 PM have still not received my money for the sale of an over $420,000.00 home.
