My family and I were looking to buy a house and started looking on our own via internet. We found a place Mike had listed and contacted him for a showing, as he was the sellers agent. Long story short, Mike showed us other properties as well as the first,and we wanted to buy the first house. We needed to sell our previous house first and right before settlement my buyer had finance issues and Mike was more involved and helpful on my sale than my own selling agent. Without Mike I dont think we would have got the sale done. Mike acted as a duel agent for the house we bought and it went great. I would and do highly recommend Mike if your looking to buy or sell real estate.

Mike was fantastic. Regular updates. Fast response to questions. He had clearly put a great deal of research into the market for my house prior to meeting me. He went over every step in detail and educated me along the way. When the offer arrived he went over the pros and cons as well as options. No pressure either way on my decision. He helped me stay calm and relaxed through the period leading to closing and then walked me through that process step by step. I will happily point friends to Mike and his office in the future!
