Im rating at 1 star because zero stars is not an option. The best way to describe working with this woman is its like a hurricane inside of a valcanoe on an asteroid falling into a black hole. Nancy is not personable; she is rude, inconsiderate, self enveloped, delusional, and scatterbrained. Every time we speak to her there is a new issue that she creates and cant take responsibility for. If you try to voice your opinion or advocate for yourself and needs she gets rampant and will argue about anything under the sun if it does not align with her personal feelings- always followed by her saying "IM NOT GOING TO ARGUR WITH YOU," after she starts the argument. Working with her is a nightmare, I do not suggest anyone in the area do so. On another note: The only reason we stayed with her for such a length is because of her daughter who works the office. She is the only hope the business has.

Absolutely the worst realtor that i have ever worked with. She initially told us we could get 20k more for our house so we decided on her to get us there. We ended up only getting a few thousand more than we paid for the house 5 years prior which left us paying 500 at closing. She cried on the phone to me numerous times. Blamed everyone but herself for her bad fortune. She has no business being in real estate!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

NEVER NANCY. Nancy is absolutely insane, I see her on a weekly basis and watch the way she treats her employees and her customers. Her work ethic is revolting and she is downright crazier than a hermit.

Definitely had a personality conflict with Nancy. She was very forceful and seemed bitter. Huge turn off, we left and went somewhere else.
