John was very dishonest and unprofessional. Its clear he is just out for himself and trys to act as if he is doing you a favor. He tried selling my husband a multifamily in a very bad neighborhood( I found out later how bad it really is) after representing it as potential student housing. I find out that there are no students remotely close to that area and it is next to Liberty St., which Im also told by my new buying agent, is one of the worst areas in Binghamton. Using religious quotes to try and give him credibility makes me cringe, how low will he go to get business? Buyer beware!
