WWCRD? She doesnt get out of bed unless money is involved! I begged for help from these guys. I previously hooked up with a wonderful agent and when I came back she smartly had left. I was trying to sell my condo and escape an abusive situation. The situation was complicated but not impossible. I was refused assistance and even ended up in my car for a bit to escape and figure things out. Chantel Ray immediately gave up, as in never tried in any way. One guy on the phones even tried to explain my situation to me in a way that my abuser was in the right. No joke. That did happen. I had to actually go IN PERSON to their perfectly decorated office to speak to anyone either time. I lost my cats temporarily when I moved into to my car. Fast forward. My condo was beautiful and the first person who saw it wanted it. You guys wouldnt know that though because nobody really did ANYTHING to help in any way, or ever intended to. Thanks for helping an abuse survivor get back on her feet. Oh wait, you didnt, nevermind. Keep up on congratulating yourself over and over on easy sells to eager and qualified first time home buyers with good credit. That must be difficult work, glad you are really getting out there and helping in our community. I do pray for you. Mostly, however, I pray for myself to forgive you. Eventually I will. Hopefully some day, any of you will get a dose of humility and REAL SENSE of the Spirit of God, instead of PRETENDING to be serving the Lord and using his name for MARKETING purposes. That is completely shameful. We all have choices though in life though. Dont we? Its not too fantastic to be the suddenly spiritual every Sunday kind of person. Only asking to be forgiven once a week, easily disregarding dirty deeds done the rest of the week. Its ultimately not for me to judge though, so I will pray every night to forgive you all who I spoke with that turned your back on me during my darkest time in life. But again, mainly I pray for myself to be able to forgive your fly by night operation and let my soul rest easily. YOU PASSED ON SELLING A CONDO THAT WAS AN EASY SELL, which I thought was your thing. My bad. Im going to pray to forgive you. I will never forget though. I also will not EVER lose my voice or be held down to submit to the wrong things again. I will share my story whenever and wherever I can, including this horrendous experience with your blatantly money grabbing company, EXPLOITING THE LORDS NAME. Horrendous no matter how you slice it.

*PLEASE READ FULLY* David Hunt is a fantastic agent and I can truly say without a doubt that he has gone out of his way to help assist us with our home purchase. He has ALWAYS been there for us no matter the situation. A significant example of this was when my wife was in the hospital for an extended period of time and I was unable to leave due to the monitoring she was having done, there were time sensitive documents that needed to be signed and David, without even being asked, offered to take time out of his own evening with his family to make a special trip to Norfolk General just so I could sign the required documents. Another time when David shined as and agent and went above and beyond was when we called him last minute to see if we could schedule a showing of a particular house that was newly listed, unknown to us it was his Dads 86th birthday and even though he was in the middle of celebrating this special event, he stopped what he was doing and once again made us his number one priority. He has been an honest voice of reason during this whole process and has fought completely fairly, even during the times when it would have been easy to not do so. Had it not been for his constant contact, input and suggestions, my wife and I would have probably given up many times. He has walked us hand-in-hand through this entire process and for that we will forever be grateful. We sincerely appreciate all of the incredibly hard work that he has put into working with us and it is clear that he is willing to put this amount of time and energy into not only into our purchase, but also into the transactions of every single one his clients. His ability to help explain and breakdown complicated real estate terms, processes and procedures into terms that a common person with no prior understanding of the business would be able to understand is beyond phenomenal. David is thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable, personable, empathetic and he is down right just a good, honest man who has a big heart. Because of these great qualities we would CERTAINLY consider David more like family than just our "agent".

While working with Jean Rosalia, boy we are so much alike. We both strive for the best, yet dont give up until we do our best. Boy did my family give her a work out. But for as much knowledge as I had in the contracting business, as well in other areas is what gave her a work out. Yet she NEVER ONCE GAVE UP ON US. Or Handed us over which due to knowing more than some license contractors around here, i taught The Home Depot University while working for the corporate office and was teaching the contractors. After working with Jean it was nice working with someone more on my level. Someone who is going to fight for my business, yet not be one of the stuffy car sales person and walk around with there nose up your butt and not give you your own space to check out the place you maybe purchasing. We would go in, she would give us a tour, and let us have our space as a family to check what we had to do. She worked late hours at times for all 4 of us to be there. She knew the boys had a job to do per our consent, and that was to measure there rooms. And then we would look at everything else. Jean was the most patient and most understanding realitor I have had to deal with. But we also had a feeling we have most similar past. Just different roads in lives. If we are like each other. Well, then ChantelRay you have yourself a hard worker, and a person who is her owns worse judge, jury and prosecutor. There fore she will always strive to go above and beyond her job qualifications as she has for my family several times. As my realitor I would want no other than Jean Rosalia having my back, or looking for the house for my family as I trust this woman with more than just her word of wisdom, but her actions as well, SO SHOULD EVERYONE ELSE. Be careful with this agency. They did sell our condo quickly because we agreed to price it well below all comps but they brazenly suggested we do a short sale. My husband and I are both military and our security clearances matter...so our credit matters. When we said a short sale wasnt a possibility they tried to tell us a "note from our commanding officer" would make it okay. Not like we would ever take career advice from these guys but it was kinda scary to imagine if anyone did listen to such advice. Their work was shoddy...initially they listed the property for $100k less than what it was supposed to be listed as, which resulted in unwanted attention until we had them correct the problem. Full disclosure, this was an agency we used to unload a toxic asset and they immediately had a buyer working with one of their other realtors. I feel sorry for the buyer because they used a lending agency and strategy to get a mortgage they couldnt really afford and with a lender that had extremely loose standards on flood insurance on the property...which absolutely needed it. Glad were free of it but no self respecting real estate agency would ever help a buyer squeeze by into financing such a property while recommending such a low rent lender. It was a pretty crumby thing, but they did get the job done.
