Avoid at all cost for selling a home. My "associates" name was wanda. She was very very interested in my best interest and price on my home, right up until I signed the representation agreement. She returned less than 1/4 of the calls I made to her, did NO research (ie comps, area valuation, etc) which led to her list price being grossly over the homes actual valuation, and an immediate loss of tens of thousands of dollars to me. My wife was almost full term pregnant with our second child at the time, so we had no choice but to sell to that buyer as we couldnt wait to close on our new home. Then, her "math" that she discussed in detail, was also grossly wrong in regards to estimated cloaing costs. I was effectively told "oh well". The result of dealing with this team left me negative $30,000. When we were in crunch time to close on my properties, the majority of the team was conveniently in Vegas. Rough meeting..... no one could be bothered to return my call. And Kris Weaver? Never met him. Not for lack of trying. Sent email, written mailed correspondence, and left several messages, none of which to thia day have ever been returned. The persons name on everything you see, sign, and do, cant be bothered to answer your questions or return a call. His assistant offered to reduce there fees (they sold and purchased both my old and new home) by $1000 on the day of closing as i was preparing to walk from both deals. Less than 10%. Thanks.........only after insulting me several times and telling me how little I know about real estate and that this was my fault for blindly trusting the representative they elected to provide me. Run and hide. These people care about their money, not yours. Footnote-They have one associate named andrew, who bent over over backwards for me in buying my home. Exceptional and honest, hard working. Its a shame he works for these guys who as a whole ruined the bulk of the experience, but if you have a need to buy a home and want and honest patient and genuinely concerned agent, I would highly reccomend andrew. The rest of his company could take a lesson.

If you are reading this and considering using Shawn Tuffys services RUN! We had a nightmare of an experience with him. We just purchased a house and Shawn Tuffy was the sellers agent. My husband is in the military and we purchased a house without seeing it in person until the day before closing because we were out of state. When I got there the house was in horrible condition! Shawn broke the contract by not using certified people to do all the work to the house. We now have an hvac system that was illegally installed and currently a fire hazard, dishwasher doesnt work, stove doesnt work, they cut the connection to the dryer AFTER our inspection to run it to the attic to run the heater, so now I cant use my dryer (I have been hanging laundry for a month), the heater wasnt installed with heat strips so it doesnt do much to heat the house, the paint looks like a 5 year old did it, the house was filthy, the carpets reeked of animal urine. Shawn falsified documents at closing saying he used a certified contractor, which in fact the company he put on the invoice doesnt even exist. We had to report him, our agent, and the HVAC company he used to inspect it to DPOR. Hopefully Shawn will be brought up on criminal charges. They completely ripped us off, hes all about profiting himself. Please BEWARE!

I recently sold my home with this real estate company. Please do not work with them. The person I worked with was money hungry. She was not willing to take a pay cut to make the sell happen. Plus, she didnt really work for the commission she deserved. I asked the realtor agent to why has she not done an open house since the house was signed to her, her excuse was, "there is an internet, people can look at it online. There are also a lot of construction on your road...You are too far off from the main road." When we listed the house with this person, not even once did I she walked my house (inside and out). If she did walked my house, my alarm system would have given me an alert that someone was at the house. My point is, if this agent walked my house as soon as the list document was signed by the seller, the agent should have a brief idea of what is wrong with the inside of the house. Perfect example, my spouse was due to move to San Diego, Ca, sooner than expected, and my husbands movers forgot to empty out our pantry. Now, if the agent walked the whole house, she would have seen the items in the pantry, but instead, it was the buyers who saw it and was later on informed. My agent hired a cleaning company, however, it was never done. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! Go with LaVerne Jones

I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a home to come see him. Very pleasant attitude and good sense of humor. This property management company was nothing but a nightmare. We believe that they falsified some documents, and after reading another review saying that they encountered the same issue, Im going to do further research into it. And unfortunately, that is just the tip of the iceberg of what weve dealt with. I wouldnt even recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This agency is some sort of scam. I have been receiving hang up calls from them for months now. I would not even consider doing business with them. Every time I called to complain, they told me that Kris Weaver is out of the country. This may be a huge scam from over seas! Run, do not walk from these people!
