They have Emily jaafar.... do not deal with her... the worest preson that u can deal with.... she is not trained well.... does not how to talk... i have a house i rent with rose and womble.... i post the house on the face book .... she send me a messege saying ur house will not be rent.. for thid price... when i told her shut up and explained to het that the house is listed with rose and womble for years and we rent it like that... she asked me in a very rude way... why u post thr house on the facebook ... i will tell u why cause it is my housr idiot ... i rent it like i want and post it where i want....some thing else when i told her that i will send a complain to ur company cause u force ur self on me... and i did send her messeges screen shot to the page of het company.... she made one if her friends go to my post on the face book saying the samething and harrasing me and saying ur house does not deserve what i am asking for... beside calling names and very cheap atitude i know it her friend cause same way of talk same words very cheap code.... any way do not waist ur time with this person... you have options... ex rose and womble i have been dealing with them for years since 2011.... very well trained people.

My wife and I were looking for an apartment in Virginia Beach and so I contacted one of their agents, Ellen Peebles, to schedule a showing in one or of their rental properties. Unfortunately, their agent insisted on me filling out an application including my personal information such as bank accounts, SS#, and income as a *preset condition* to view the property. I tried to explain the agent that I will be happy to fill-out the information if I decide to rent the property but providing this info before I even met the agent in person or saw the property is unreasonable given the privacy issues involved in this case. Consequently, the agent decided not to show me the property. Her rationale was that she cannot show me the property because she does not know who I am... Hello! Youre a realty agent!! Thats supposed to be your job! Its not like we scheduled to meet at night in a dark alley.... I have dealt with many realty agents in the past and have never had a similar case. This is absolutely the worst service experience I have had for a very long time. Is it really Century 21s policy to ask for a saving account number and credit references just to show a property?! Very strange business strategy...

I wish I could only give them a 5th of a star. I had called to set up a time to look at one of the apartments that was for rent on a Friday. Didnt hear a word from them. Called the fallowing Monday. I waited till Tuesday to call again. A time was set for 10:00am Wednesday. Waited for 20min before calling them. Only to find out the one who was supposed to show it to me forgot about the appointment in less than 24hrs and wanted me to wait another 30+ min for her to show up. So I should have known better. But I then rescheduled for 10:00AM the fallowing Monday. I bet you can guess what happened next. The realtor didnt show up again... This Century 21 is by far the worst realty company ever. Dont let them waste your time like they did mine.

They lie. The falsely advertise the homes they manage. They claim that homes are safe when in fact they are fire traps. They do not manage properties but make up excuses for why they are too busy to help you and why you are too demanding of their time. They are satanic and you will sign a deal with satan and be punished for dealing with them. They have no conscious and no care that they place you and your family in a dangerous home that could erupt in fire and kill you in the middle of the night.

Really nice ppl but my wife and I have been in our rental property for 10 months and the lock box with the key to our front door is still on the house and the for rent sign was never picked up. We also have to stay on them about any inquiry we have on the place such as satellite. We had to call 3 times over a 2 wk period to get a response.
