Called the Office and no response to file a complaint after my lovely encounter with one of their agents today. 08/30/2017. Samantha K., who didnt bother even knocking (?!??!), and wouldve waltzed right in, on a property she, being licensed, knew is tenant occupied if I didnt grab the door handle in time. Beyond unprofessional! Hey, you know, a phone call wouldve been nice also stating they were coming out, but failed to bother giving one of those as well. If I could I would give -10 stars for this disrespect. Thank god I was able to throw clothes on fast enough before she made it inside.

I think you are referring to Town & Country Apartment Rentals which is an entirely different agency. This is for Town and Country Realty which does not lease houses. I have bought two houses through Lancaster Town and country over 5 years and each realtor was extremely hard working and professional and really made me feel like I was getting personal care. I would definitely recommend T&C
