If you’re thinking about listing your home, but you’re not sure which agent to list with, I would highly recommend Tracy Koenig. It may not seem that the listing agent matters, let me tell you – it really does. Tracy was patient. We came up with the game plan together, and she gave us great guidance along the way. We did tweak the plan as we went along and we hit all my goals. More importantly, my home sold for more than my prior agents ever thought possible. I’ve done business with only two agents whom I completly trust, and in Cortland, Tracy is it. If you want a listing in the MLS and a sign in the yard, you can get that anywhere. If you want a trusted agent, you want Tracy.
