As far as customer service and people skills I think some nazis could have been nicer. My husband called well before the 30 day notice time to see what all they required before we moved out, whomever answered the phone said they would pass on the message and NO WRITTEN NOTICE WAS REQUIRED. A few days later the property manager came by for what we thought was our pre move out inspection. She freaked out seeing all the boxes and asked what was going on and if we had given a 30 day WRITTEN NOTICE. We explained about the phone call and she said they had received no such call, my husband showed her his phone where he had indeed made the call and she said well you could have called about anything. She kept rudely talking over my husband and would not let him get a word in. We put in our 30 day written notice that day, sadly it was a few days shy of 30 days till the end of the month. Instead of admitting their mistakes and prorating us rent a few days they charged us for the entire month of March when we moved out around the middle of February. Now they wont return my calls to get our security deposit back. Beyond rude, I would never use them as a realtor or property management unless you enjoy horrible service and no contact.

This company has been horrible to myself and my roommate. We had done the I guess you could say "check out" check list to the T. Even set up an appointment to do a final walk through with the property manager. Well first off she apparently couldnt make it and did an inspection without even trying to contact us a whole other day and had new people moved in. Then we were waiting to hear anything and we finally got our deposit check back and they claimed that they had to do carpet cleaning even though i left a receipt from a reliable company for a carpet cleaning which btw is on the check list and a requirement of the state. Then apparently had to take 370 worth of general cleaning. First off the property wasnt huge to begin with and since we werent there like we had asked to be to see what they apparently had to clean. Because that house was spotless. Even scrubbed walls. So this company can literally go eat it. Poor service in getting things fixed, and poor service in setting up important things with. Do not rent from this company, you will get screwed.

Worst property management ever, dont ever ever trusts these people they never do their jobs and not very good in communicating. Theyre rude and dont know the hell what theyre talking about because they never care for peoples property as long as they can collect their 10%. Worst decision we made to trusts these people for our property!

If I could give the RENTAL PROPERTY division one star, I would. Do not do business with these folks – OR take a witness, document all phone calls or send e-mail, insist on an inspection in your presence even if they claim that it is not the "way they do it", hold them to the legal deadlines and get a lawyer to read over everything.

Terrible experience and customer service for my sister whos family was relocating overseas. Due to their poor customer service my sister was delayed in spending time with family before her move. AVOID AT ALL COST!
