Ron Sawyer rental team was very good at being consistently mediocre. Did they get us most of our security deposit back? Yes. Did they give us an itemized list? Yes... if you count "general repairs" and "general cleaning" as itemized. When you move in, take pictures of everything. Otherwise, youll be docked for the necessary cleaning under the washer/dryer, behind the electrical outlets and beyond the fourth dimension. Good luck.
