I was very lucky to have met Michele Frazier, who, despite having graduated from Harvard, is a rather pleasant, laid back, and outgoing real estate agent at Benson Agency. She was very honest, diligent, respectful, hard working, knowledgable, and always looked after my interests as a tenant. I met Michele in January 2016 when I was relocating from Florida to Oneonta. She was so professional that she immediately won my trust and respect. She found me a wonderful house to rent. As the end of my 6 months lease in Oneonta approached, I had called upon her to help me find a second home to rent. She had shown me eight properties over a course of a few weeks, in addition to getting very useful info on other places that I would not have liked. I am amazed by her patience and reassured by her bright eyes and smile, not to mention her intelligence. I will be calling on her again. Having dealt with numerous real estate brokers in Manhattan, NY, Michele is the best agent I had known.
