If you see this, remember! NEVER use this company!! They are all LIAR！Carl Chen owed me 15 thousands dollars rents and 100 thousands for investment more than one year! And he also owed many other people! Im not kidding! We try to find the owner of the office, after we describe our situation, we never meet him again, he is disappear! Can you imagine it?? We also filed the compliant to DE real estate commission, but USELESS. Even the court has no way to let him return our money although we know he has many house on hand. He always says he will return in 2 weeks, but NEVER return even 1 dollar. S**T! DO NOT GIVE EVEN 1 CENT TO THIS COMPANY!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Carl Chen (Owner) is the epitome of a SLUM LORD! Doesnt fix issues on his rentals he is managing, could care less about his customers and tricks you into signing contracts that he later reneges on. He is an abomination to the customer service industry. I heard about his reputation before dealing with him but decided Id give the man a shot. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! Do not deal with this company. I assure you, you will be sorry. Unfortunately I am going to have to take this man to court for exposing us to mold for not fixing a leaky dishwasher, reneging on a contract, and not refunding our deposit. STAY AWAY!!!

Very rude and disrespectful realtor you have working for your company! Mike claims to be a Christian, but when it comes down to it he shows his true colors. Called us liars and dishonest, but wouldnt he be the same if you promise to fix different issues in the home, but they are still there to this day almost 2 yrs later. Leaking sinks! This seems to be a big issue with this company I see! Oh well, gone from there good luck to next ones! Just done with your lies, dishonesty and drama. Just a few words from the Realtor!

I had the honor of renting a house through one of the realtors working at this company. I had some hard to open and leaky faucets which I requested several time to be fixed. To my luck, they were never fixed in one year of my stay there.The agent will never return a call for days and sometime. just ignore you. I will never do any business with these guys again.
