Ryan Forsberg is by far the best agent i have ever used. Not only was Ryan very professional but he was extremely dedicated to making the buying, and selling of our first property extremely comfortable. He spent roughly a year with us helping choose our first home that suited all of our needs. We came back to Ryan 4 years later to sell our house and after it was on the market for 48hrs we accepted an offer. You heard me right. He explained what we needed to do to get the most profit from our home and we had multiple offers after only being on the market for 48hrs. Incredible! Ryans friendly personality and caring demeanor shined through and made us feel like we could trust him with anything. Ryan was able to help me narrow and refine my search, and we were able to view about five homes per week as a result of my schedule. After three weeks, I found the home that fit me perfectly! Spoke to Lindsey about a rental. Went to view it and everything. Very nice location and the rental was nice but she couldnt tell me much about the property. Couldnt even tell me where the amentities were located. I thought that was the realators job, to know these little facts about the property but unfortunately she didnt because "she wasnt from this area."
