This was my worst vacation ever . The manager of the resort is a joke , we had problems from day one the pool with splash pad was closed we were not told about this upon booking , we had two units . Our second day at the resort we found a bed bug in the sofa took hours to get ahold of someone . The sofa was filthy had it been cleaned someone would have seen them before we checked in . We had room inspected the next day found some evidence in the sofa but nowhere else said it had been a week or two from the findings we had to be out of the room for 6 hours while it was treated was not offered a different room or a place to go and we had several little ones . No discount no nothing , then we had rented a gulf cart from the guy across the street he called to tell us it had been stolen and acted like we had been the ones to take it and get it stuck in the beach he Was very rude after 24 hours of us asking if we needed to file a police statement and no answer we let him know that we think he is trying to file insurance fraud he gives us a golf cart . Then we were in the cabana area my mom asked a guy working what time the area closed he told her to go read the sign . My mom wrote a letter to the resort and the board the manager called a few days after we checked out apologizing and wanted to make things right . We had spent about 5k between two condos . So he sent a $200 credit off of a week stay in the future . That was like a slap in the face all together we probably spent $10k in the area and we will never be back we will take our money someplace else in the future we have always stayed on Anna Maria island where everyone is friendly and have had no problems .

Unit has a beautiful view of the ocean. You can watch dolphins swimming from the window while eating breakfast. Unit is located on the first floor next to the elevator and next to the entrance to the pool as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with table ware and cooking ware. Unit was clean and comfortable. Unit worked great for our family of three school age children and one teenager. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded. We would drive in to Target for our grocery needs (20minute drive). Location is very peaceful and allows you to take a short drive in to the Boardwalk, Aquarium and other activities in town. We spent one day at the boardwalk but mostly we felt it was best to enjoy the beauty of the beach where the unit is located. Most of our time was spent at the beach. Children enjoyed the pool as well. Appliances were superb. Key pick up was easy. We got stuck in traffic on i64 and we were worried that we would not make our 3-5pm window for check in. We called at 4:30pm and the office staff was very willing to help and accommodate us arriving later than the window.

We just completed a week at Sanctuary. We truly enjoyed the facility with amenities, however we had huge disappointment with the smoking situation. We purposely selected the property because of the claim it is a smoke-free facility. Our daughter has asthma, and we always base our vacation decisions around non-smoking options. Immediately upon arriving, we noticed a very strong stale smoke smell in the unit. Although the maintenance dept did a couple things to try to address it, the entire unit smelled like smoke the whole week. We also noticed the next door neighbors constantly smoking out on their patio, and when we asked property management about it were told they are the owners and "allowed to do whatever they want". We spent the whole week concerned about our daighters asthma and breathing rather than fully enjoying our vacation. We feel it is very misleading to advertise as a smoke-free facility when it truly is not. Other travelers should be aware of the false claims before booking, as we wish we would have been.

I am writing in regards to the exceptional service I received when booking a trip to Virginia Beach. I was fortunate to receive the excellent customer service from Heather Butters. My family has been to Virginia Beach several times but has never stayed at the Sanctuary Realty at Sandbridge, thus, I had a lot of questions. Ms. Butters was very patient and answered all of my questions. Her knowledge and patience is what made her stand out to me. I was so impressed that I have told my family and friends about my experience prior to my personal trip to Sandbridge. As a result, several people have told me that they too would be booking a trip to Sandbridge after reviewing the website. It is so hard to leave Infinite Horizon…it is a beautiful and restful place to spend vacation time! This condo certainly has something for every member of the family. We enjoyed the games. The big TV is pretty amazing and we watched some funny movies there. The very best thing we saw was the awesome view of the water. We ate dinner on the balcony every night. It never seemed too hot to enjoy the fabulous view. I would highly recommend this condo and the Sanctuary to anyone looking for a family beach vacation.

The B building has some cool features by the pool for kids that we did not know at the end of our visit. There are grills around the pool that are good for cooking lunch or dinner. The beaches are unguarded. There were some black flies on one or two days, but most of the time no problem. Kids loved chasing the crabs. There are some areas with sandbars that make it easier for the little ones to get in. The water was warm already in May. Parking was ample in large spots in a cool, underground garage.

Great location and very nice complex. Right on the beach is great and lots to do nearby. I would have given 5 stars but the poolside cafe is just horrible. Mediocre, overpriced food and ridiculous waits for even the most minor of items. An upgrade to this real convenience is long overdo. It was the same last year when we stayed. Overall, a great condo rental facility but the poor onsite restaurant keeps this from being a true first class resort.

This is a nice condo directly on the beach. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths made it very convenient for our group of 7 to stay comfortably. Great kitchen/appliances. Very nice living room TV; small Tvs in bedrooms were also convenient. Balcony facing beach is great. The condo complex is very nice -- three pools, swim up bar/restaurant, very courteous and friendly staff, convenient parking.

The poolside bar is absolutely ridiculous. $27 for two smoothies, a daiquiri, and a basket of fries. Then it starts thundering and lightning and I need to run my kids back to the condo and I get yelled out for trying to run out with my overpriced "alcoholic" drink. Meanwhile, people are walking around with their own open containers and leaving empty beer cans wherever they please.
