We started our search for our retirement dream home in the Poconos with a Century 21 agent here in July. Was not the best of experience, after one visit to look at 4 homes the agent we used dropped us into a junior associates lap thinking we werent serious and told me "What else do you want?". Your loss Dan! Justin called immediately, took us serious and did a little research and found us our dream home in our first visit with him. We made commitment to purchase that day and today just closed on the property. Its not the agency, its the person that is valued. This young man went well and far above and beyond to assist us through several hurdles and made our dreams come true!! CONSTANT communications, immediate updates, just all around PERFECT! A house is a MAJOR investment, Justin knows whats needed and keeps 2 steps ahead of whatever is needed. Dont judge an agency on one agent here, Justin is the man! I was so glad to see the review by a buyers significant other in behalf of her and Justin. He does a great job and when I have scheduled obligations I get him to my clients to assist as soon as possible. Even though it was a 48 hour in advance request of my departure time fo my trip they needed this appointment, yet Justin got them booked and cared for promptly. I sent to him all properties and he added even a few more that netted the actual buyer the perfect home. Great job Justin and will recommend you in office when it is impossible to make every appointment. I am so proud of you and all you have and will achieve. :O)

The most frustrating experience I have ever had with a realtor. Asked for information on purchasing a property through zillow/trulia and got an e-mail asking why I never replied to them when they never e-mailed me any information. Told them I would be using a different agent and they sent me their requirements for renting a house through them. Dont waste your time - go use someone else.
