Awful experience dealing with Cathy and David Coleman. Cathy was rude and yelled at my wife on the phone never having even met her. They delt with listing the property that my wife and I chose, not my personal agents. They chose to ignore a driveway covered in snow almost 2 feet deep after several back to back snows. Im 64" and it was up to my knees. David apparently is going through a nasty divorce with his wife who did the staging on the property so she couldnt get her things out and we couldnt move in. David and Cathy couldnt seem to care less and are taking it out on us. After several calls asking about clearing the driveway and removing their sign and lock box they keep saying someone will be there tomorrow. Always tomorrow. It is 3-10-14 and we took posession on 3-1-14 and still no resolution. Both David and Cathy spoke rudely to my wife on the phone, interrupting her, giving a great deal of attitude, and being rude in general.

Terrible experience! We wanted Frank Posocco, one of their lead agents and backed thoroughly by the company, to estimate our house worth and to list it for us. He completely low balled us! He said that no one would pay more than $240k for our house and we should not list above $260k. After going with another agent we trusted from our move into the Lehigh Valley, we listed at $290k and sold in 8 weeks at $275k!!! Posocco would have us lose as much as $35k! It seems he only wants to deal with new, poorly made construction. Dont list with these guys and certainly dont trust their expertise!!!

My co-listing agents, Erin and Toni are horrible! The day I signed my contract the told me they were very familiar with the area in which I live - that was the first of a series of untruths! Their communications are few and far between and they, especially Toni, have treated me like I am stupid, which I am far from! I have been unsuccessfully trying to break my contract with them for months. They are being very uncooperative and will NOT let me out of this nightmare. Unfortunately the contract has many months left until it expires! I would never recommend them to anyone!

horrible im a renter in a home. they are supposed to do a short sale and the guy is so nasty. actually threatening me. I would love to speak to a supervisor! who trains these idiots
