ADAM BAGELMAN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PROPERTIES OR HIS TENANTS!! ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS SQUEEZING AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE OUT OF COLLEGE STUDENTS!!! I was a tanent of his property on High Street from June 2014-May 2015 and the place was in terrible condition and overpriced. My roommate and I were paying $1200 a month for a single bedroom apartment with no dishwasher, coin operated washer/dryer ($1.50 each) and windows that looked as though they were the original when the building was built in the 1800s. He refused to replace the windows. Our security deposit was $1200 and we only got back $35.46!!! He took out $150 for 3 "broken blinds" which were in the same condition as when they were when we moved in. He aslo took out $50 for trash left behind which were 5 items that were there when we moved in! He will take advantage of you and steal your money. DO NOT RENT FROM ADAM BAGELMAN. HE IS A THIEF AND SCUMBAG!!!

I am sure there are some very nice people in this office, however Adam Bagelman is NOT one of them. I honestly wish I could rate him alone 0 starts, but that is not allowed. I am warning you do NOT rent from this man- he is the definition of a slum lord. He rents out properties that should be condemned, he doesnt understand the terms of his own lease, charges SKY HIGH rent, and takes advantage of his tenants. He is rude, unhelpful, and extremely inconsiderate. He steals money from his tenants in order to fix things in his properties that should have been fixed AGES ago. I strongly advise him to practice some customer service in a job in which good customer service builds your cliental. I will strongly advise everyone I know not to lease from him.

I am a current renter at one of the properties, and I am VERY satisfied with the way that things are handled. I recently had a string of events that left me not knowing where to turn to for help. After speaking with Mary, and Jim we worked out a way for me to fulfill my obligations, and not have face eviction. They both were instrumental in my time of need, and I will forever be thankful, and grateful for their kindness, and respect. In a world full of negatives, I am very happy to state LONG and Foster is not one of them.

The workers at this establishment do NOT care about their tenants. They care about collecting money from students without having to tend to any of their requests on the rented units. I have never been treated so poorly by "professionals" and will be sure every person I speak too about housing knows NOT to go to this place. Plain rude!!!!

Steve Did a great job on our home purchase. I dontt know that anyone could have managed the complexity of our transaction the way he did. With and house to sell and a house to buy we knew it was going to be tough. Steve was there through out it all everyone he refered us to was proffesional and helpful as well. Great Job Steve!!

Steve helped me out with buying my house way more than I expected. He did way more than I thought a realtor would do to help. I recommend him to anyone. He is a very talented and nice guy that is always willing to help
