Lori Gervera is quite the professional. I had dealt with two other realtors locally attempting to sell my home in Carthage for over 18 months, cumulatively. During that 18 months, my home was shown, once! Then I called Lori. Lori was the first to produce an actual market analysis and an overall seller cost projection. The realtors I dealt with before never bothered doing their research. In addition, her team took the time to collect photographs and represent my home in detail using multiple MLS sites and open house events. It sold in half the time. When considering a realtor be sure to ask them HOW they plan on selling your house and do not bother with anyone that will not do a proper analysis or sit down with you and explain the details of selling your home.
