Let me tell you about my experience with planet fitness in columbia. FIRST. Overbearing staff. They run just as many friendly employees as they do total ignorant douchebags. Nick Picca. Regional Manager. 50 year old man who sits at a corner table with a flat brimmed hat (who at this age wears this) and doesnt even have a proper desk. He will gladly stare at your wife or gf while he is supposed to be working. My advice to all senior management is get rid of this guy. Hes just picking up a paycheck. Review your camera feeds and you will also see him working out on company time. Your company is looked at through who you employ. I will not be returning to this location until this gut is gone. Go anywhere else!

I would like to thank the 3rd shift overnight staff at Planet Fitness ( Paul Kaufhold, the other Paul who usually does the cleaning, and Thurston) for making my visits to PF enjoyable! These guys are always cleaning when I come to workout! The gym always smells Good! :) On Wednesday night when I was there, it was only Paul Kaufhold there.. He did it all ! He was mopping the entire place by himself, folding rags, and still managed to sign my friend up who was joining PF! He went over all details for her and hes always VERY PLEASANT! I love the staff on 3rd shift! Please pass this on to all 3 guys! Thank you. Pam Johns

We were met by a very unpleasant staff that badgered us even after we signed in for upwards of 15 mins in a very provoking manner and even went as far as to insult us. After having such a terrible experience I as well as my family are seriously considering terminating our membership. The workers exhibit a very hostile non- family friendly attitude towards us, and I believe there was some racial motivation behind such rudeness

One of the cleanest and well-maintained PF locations I have been to! Much like any other location, I always feel like this is a no-judgement gym. As a woman, I have never felt intimidated to walk into the weight section, which cant be said of most gyms. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone! Young and old, male or female, youll fit right in and have plenty of workout options here!

I am a member from out of state and came to this location a few weeks ago with a local friend. This place is clean and friendly and has great people. I spoke with the manager, Nick, when I came in as I didnt have my key tag and he went above and beyond and called my location to help me come in for the day. Service people like him that go above and beyond goes a long way with members.

Ive been a member of planet fitness Columbia for several years. It is very clean and the staff is pleasant. I am training with Anthony. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me workout rehabilitating my knee and neck pain. He has really help me correct my form. Ive worked with other trainers in the past and Anthony is by far the best!

Friendly Staff. Great trainers available! I started my membership on December and about 2 weeks after I scheduled an appointment with Anthony. I come from the military, so fitness is part of my lifestyle. If you are in shape I highly recommend Anthony (Trainer). He will get you beyond your expectations!!!!

Fantastic Staff and very nice clean facility to exercise in. Equipment is in very good condition and they have a good variety for all muscle groups.. Get involved in daily exercise today and continue as a way of life to combat the negative effects of aging.

I went there various times, 3 days a week, faithfully for 8 months and the comments about the lunk alarm going off all the time are way overblown. This location is nice, clean and for $10 is a wonderful bargain.

Better hours than other planet fitness because of being open until 11 fridays, closing early 2 days a week and being 24 hours Friday Saturday and Sunday would make more sense but 11 is better than 9

Quit using the lunk alarm every 15 mins and let the people enjoy your gym. Ive been to other pf locations and they dont use the lunk alarm nearly as often as this location does.
