Nice, comfortable gym without a lot of pretensions. ACH has aerobic equipment (treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, rowing), plenty of circuit training equipment from Nautilus and Life Fitness, free weights, spinning, Sparta, racquetball, basketball, child care, lockers and towel service. Very friendly owners who run the place like every club member is part of their family.
