We stopped here on a Presidents Day roadtrip when it appeared everyone from the tri-county area was here. Never have I seen a Chick-Fil-A or any fast food restaurant so packed. Thinking it would take forever, we considered going somewhere else, but still got in line. We were amazed. The staff was flying everywhere, and the line of nearly 30people took less than 5min to get through and get my order placed. I was greeted with huge smiles and polite professionalism by everyone there, which is so rare for fast food. In addition to the line going quickly, our food also came out lightning fast, where we had just barely found a place to sit inside when they had everyones food ready in our group of 5. Chick-Fil-A is the new king of fast food and I hope their model expands everywhere!

Great food friendly staff. I would have given it a 5* rating but every time I get something from they drive-thru they forget part of my order. Example. Last week I ordered 2 meals and a kids meal. Asked for chick-fil-A sauce with the meal and chocolate milk for the kids meal. I get home and no sauce in the bag and they forgot my sons chocolate milk. Ive gotten tired of calling about them forgetting items so I stopped calling. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE PULLING AWAY. I will from now on, Ive gotten burned one to many times.

My adventure at chic fil a started off well. We had a wonderful cashier named Courtney who seemed to have a lot of pleasure taking our order. We followed Courtneys pleasure with pleasure of our own while we delighted in $17 worth of food and special sauce between the two of us. It all came to an abrupt stop when Rachel the tray collector came over and took our trays and was able to fit it all on one trip but then... I thanked her. .. I waited. No. Pleasure. I will not be returning to this establishment. 2 stars!!

The best fast-food dining experience Ive ever had. They were passing samples to customers while they waited for their food and took orders in advance for customers in the driveway. Jackie was so kind. She brought my son his own placemat, and came back to our table periodically to check that we had everything we needed. They had an extra cone so gave it to my son for free as it was "melting!" Had a step stool for little ones in the bathroom so they can wash their hands. So efficient yet hit every detail. Well done!

For a chain restaurant, Chik-Fil-A is pretty good. Defintely better than the average chain restaurant. They use real chicken. They teach their employees to treat customers well and require them to use phrases like "Its my pleasure." I also appreciate that they are closed on Sundays. Not many corporations stick to their roots, but Chick-Fil-A has.

I found a 3 inch rubber tube in my sons milkshake. After I spoke with an assistant manager, I received a form letter with two coupons. No one at Chick-fil-A addressed the sanitary issues about this rubber tube or how it got there. I wrote corporate and never received a response. Will never go back again!

I went during lunch time. It was very crowded and the server forgot one thing. This I attribute to the amount of people to be served. They definitely could have made this restaurant twice the size and still would have been crowded. Love the food. NOT fake like competitors in the area.

I love this Chick-Fil-A. The employees are always quick about getting food out to the customers and seem to always be committed to satisfaction, even standing out in the cold by warmer booths to help with long lines. Might seem over the top to some. Food quality is always good.

Here on a buisness trip and wanted something quick and fast and by far this chick-fila has the best service me and my team of co-workers have experienced. Norine was very helpful and very nice. a very unstand place and the customer service is unmatched. Thank You guys!!!

I know, I know, its a fast food chicken restaurant, but hear me out. They have amazing customer service. They are super accommodating and helpful. Because of this its pretty busy at lunch and dinner but they do a great job with service and speed. Closed on Sundays.

We need one in Butler!!! This has the best and I mean the best chicken sandwich ever. Waffles fries to die for and the lemonade is oh so good.The manners of the employees are great. A genuine pride . I tjink all teenagers need to work at this company.

Ridiculously friendly people who are extremely customer-focused. Ron Trout, the owner, does an outstanding job making sure his company is being run right. I cant tell count how many times the staff has gone above and beyond for me. Awesome place.

They are incredibly efficient at handling the line, both inside and at the drive-thru. We never wait long for food, even at peak times, and it is always prepared correctly to order. Excellent place to stop right off the PA-228 exit off of I-79.

They are a Christian owned food franchise that love the Lord! They treat you like real people and go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need. Oh I forgot to mention, they have the best chicken sandwich in the world!!!

I had a wonderful girl named Norenne (spelling?) take my tray at lunch and gave me a mint, also asked if I wanted more coffee. I found everyone quite delightful.The restrooms very clean and along with the service that Means a lot.

It is too packed ...my meal was done in 25 seconds how it the world you get meal done in 25 second ...:( nope never again if I had to pay 17 dollars for two meals it is going to local owned restaurant.

Got a 12 piece chicken nuggets meal. Asked for ketchup and honey mustard sauce. I got 8 chicken nuggets, 6 fries and crumbs NO ketchup. I was down the road before I noticed. O well back to Mickey Ds.

The staff was great! Ive never been to a chick fil a where they keep checking up on house youre doing during your meal. And they cleaned up for us. Fantastic for a fast food restaurant.

Always fast and friendly service once you get to order. It is so busy at lunch and dinner time that the drive thru line wraps around the building, you can barely pull into the lot.
