I have been using Billys catering services for over 18 years..beginning with my first borns baptism in 1995 through her high school graduation in June 2013; company picnics and holiday meals; "take out" for fruit baskets and vegetable trays to feed family/friends at funeral home services, etc. The service and quality and selection of foods have only improved with time. Billy is very attentive and extremely particular to details. He is extremely generous with his portions and the freshness of his food products is noteworthy and appreciated by all. His cheese ravioli with alfredo sauce was a recent favorite . His antipasto platters are amazing. If you walk away from an event catered by ISGC, then you are a very difficult-to-please person.

I have used Italian Specialty in the past and everyone raved about the food. Bill and his crew make it fresh and it tastes homemade! They are catering my summer party this week. Kudos to Italian Specialty the BEST! 7/14/2014 I just used Italian Specialties for the 2nd time yesterday. I was worried because I ordered enough for 50 and 5 more showed up. Bill told me none of his catering jobs ever run out of food. HE WAS RIGHT! I sent people home with food. Everyone loved the food and the presentation was awesome. I highly recommend this business to anyone not wanting to cook for their party!

I used Italian Specialty Catering for the Family House, Polo Event at Heartwood Acres. The entire experience was wonderful. All of our guest enjoyed the delicious Italian items we selected for our buffet. If youve ever eaten with an Italian family, you know there is always plenty of food. Well this is what you will find when you use them. They were delivered in a timely manner by Bill Jr., who was an exceptional young man that proved us with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this catering company for any event.

I used Italian Specialty & Gourmet Catering for my husbands funeral. Bill was very helpful in setting everything up and when I needed to change the number of guests he very understanding. The food was delicious, very flavorful, and all of my guests raved about it. Bill worked closely with the ladies from my church so that it was a worry free event for me. He decorated the serving tables beautifully and added Italian candies. I totally recommend using this caterer for your next event. He is an excellent provider in every way.

Billy Bluffer (The Owner )worked with me planning my daughters wedding reception for about 7 mos. before the event. I would not have been able to afford a Wedding reception like I wanted if it were not for his great prices! He recommended a Great venue! The food was great (Especially roast beef w/onions and mushrooms, and the scalloped potatoes!) The broasted chicken is also delicious. There was plenty of food. I highly recommend this caterer for your event. Im going to remember him in the future when we have other events!.

A huge thanks to Chef Ling and company for catering our daughters third birthday party. Not only was the food amazing (were still receiving compliments on the Korean style wings) but she made the process incredibly easy and stress free so that we were able spend time with our friends and family during the party instead of having to worry about serving dinner. We will absolutely use Specialty Gourmet Catering in the further and I would highly recommend them to others.

My family loves the food from Italian Specialty & Gourmet Catering - I use them for our annual Christmas Eve celebration, which makes it less stress for everyone - with all the holiday activities already going on - the food is delivered, set up, hot and ready to go. I have recommended them to everyone that asks for a caterer. Family and friends have used them for a wedding, a shower, and other parties. Food is always delicious and the service is superb!

Specialty Gourmet Catering is an outstanding company. We recently had my daughter’s baptism catered. Ling took the time to meet with me to plan out the event and had great recommendations. This was the second year I used Specialty Gourmet for Bishop Canevins Baseball Banquet. Ling is wonderful to work with and Dan did a wonderful job setting everything up. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the pasta , the sauce was delicious. The portions are very generous and you cannot beat the price. I will definitely being using them again and I highly recommend them!

I held a private party for friends and family of about 50 people for a house warming earlier this summer. We had the pleasure of Italian Specialty cater the event for us. The food was fresh and delicious! The best broasted chicken Ive ever had! They put Italian candies out for the guests to enjoy as well, which was a very nice touch. I plan on using them again!

Weve had our office holiday party catered by Italian Specialty & Gourmet Catering for several years. The food is fantastic! They come in and set up your food and decorate the table so you dont have to do anything. Everything is handled smoothly and professionally and I highly recommend them for any catering needs.

The staff arrived on time for set-up, the food was arranged beautifully, and best of all it was very good. The amount of food was generous and well worth the price.

Chef Ling and her crew did a wonderful job catering a family birthday party this past Feb. 2016. The food was to die for and the presentation and affordability were great. No skimping on the quality or quantity. We will use Specialty Gourmet Catering again for sure!!
