The is my second review for the store in the past month. Chick-fil-A to me is known as one of the best restaurants. With that said this location is the worst out of all locations I have experienced. Upon entering all the tables were dirty it took us two minutes to get someone to come wipe the tables after we had received our food. 45 minutes after our arrival the floors were still filthy with food and trash under all the tables. I watched as someone who seemed like a manager who had gotten a order wrong for a dine-in guest replaced the sandwich and took the mistaken sandwich back across the dining room behind the counter and placed it back in the warming rack. During our first visit we had a problem with the play area being filthy with trash and food and debris and the same occurred on this visit. With so much being needing to be done the dining area Echoes with the sound of crackles and laughter from the kitchen. This has continued for the 45-minute duration. Along with all of the tables being dirty none of them seem to have the assault and pepper shakers or any type of advertisement or decorative decor the other stores have. Theyre just dirty. This will be the last time we will be visiting this location even though we have just recently moved to the area. We will find a place that will accommodate are patronage.

I have been to this site so many times. i lived right across from there for a long time. The food was delightful as usual. However the service was terrible. This girl working the drive threw was terrrible. Pulling up to the window "Erin" proceeded to take my money with a harsh "thanks" and then proceeded to talk to her friends (who also worked there) about how she cant wait for bonaroo and how it had been so long since she had seen [insert random guys name] and couldnt wait to go to bonaroo [agian, right?] but then it was really how she responded to a simple request for ketchup that took the cake "yeah sure" like it was a bother for her. And then when giving us our food and change it was a simple "here" when she handed it to us. I understand everyone has bad days, but both of the people in the car work as servers locally and I would never write a bad review aside from the fact that she felt as though she could not be botherd to actually do her job. Sucks. Just saying. BTW the nuggets were still on point.

I visit various chik fila locations throughout Charleston 2-5 times per week and frequent this location since its close to home. We have complained to corporate at least twice about subpar encounters with employees and long waits at this location. I always wait 10-15 minutes in the drive through. Tonight, its 8:30 on a Thursday and I just waited almost 20 minutes for a large drink in the drive through. The people in front of me and behind me gave up and drove away. The parking lot was almost empty. 5/29: Updating because Im here again... We placed a mobile order. We waited in line for over 10 minutes and were asked to pull up... Its been 5 minutes since then and were still sitting here. At least they gave us drinks with NO straws. I finally went inside to find out they had forgotten us all together and was told they were still working out kinks in their mobile ordering app. This location just cant seem to get it together.

I realize they were under-staffed but still, throw one of the cashiers in the kitchen in stead of 3 cashiers taking orders for cooks that cant keep up. After having to wait 30 minutes for our order (2 kids meals and a wrap meal), we were ready to eat. They did give me a coupon for a free side! Woohoo! I took a bite of my wrap and pulled a hait out of my mouth and through my teeth. I thought it might have been mine so I took another bite. Same thing! This time it was still stuck in the wrap. So I took it up to the "manager" and she said she could replace it or give me something different. I opted to avoid the wraps. She did not offer to refund the difference in price for my meals let alone offer anything else. I will not be going back. Terrible customer service all around. The James Island location has been going down a steep hill for some time. My Pleasure.

Always has a awful long drive thru line. People dont get that going in and grabbing the food to go is so much quicker. Also the employees that take orders in the drive thru line rather than using the speaker to order is the worst idea ever. They need menus to pass out instead of expecting you to know what you want and also the line would move so much faster if they didnt have someone outside taking orders and just took orders the rite way. My only complaint about this place is the fact they cause long lines from the ridiculous way they xo things at drive thru. If the line is long i recommend going inside and getting your order to go. Youll be out faster than sitting in line

I like this chick fil a but sometimes when I come to sit down in there the tables still have crumbs because the workers did not clean it while I wait for my food I ask a lady that works there nicely to clean the table off she says she would be there in a minute by the time we got our food she still did not clean the table that we were going to sit at we came up to her asked her nicely can you please clean the table she said in a firm voice IM COming so we waited 10-15 minutes she still did not clean the table so we had to tell the manager so he could come clean the table

I usually love Chick-fil-A but my experience here wasnt like my other locations I have visited. My order was simple sane thing everytime. I order 12 nuggets meal an a chick biscuit meal. My 12nugget meal didnt receive my fries. My biscuit order hash browns were cold an my biscuit was hard my daughter couldnt eat it at all never again will I go there. I wasted my money the only food item I ordered my daughter an I shared the Nuggets. Had to go an waste more money at another restaurant/fast food place so my child could eat before daycare. Very frustrated

*update* this location is noticeably worse than other chick filas. Ive gotten the wrong order before, had them forget my order before (after being told to pull up at the drive through...no one came out), and just this morning I was given my order at the drive through... It was incomplete. I had to ask for my frozen coffee. Then, the person at the drive through asked for my bag back so they could double check my order. Ive written both the local manager and corporate about these experiences. This location needs some corporate training

I was having a rough day. I was grieving and had a head cold that felt like my brains were leaking through my face. I had just given one kid my cash and the other hadnt put my bank card back from the night before. I realized it at the window after Id placed my order. I was mortified. The manger on was so nice. Brit laughed it off and said "breakfast is on us". She was such a ray of sunshine. It made my week. I wanted to say thank you and let you know about the extrodinary service Id received. Thank you.
