This was the best catering experience ever - and I have used several different caterers over the years. Most importantly, the food was absolutely scrumptious! Planning the menu with Kimberly was easy, and it was not your typical catered fare. Not only was the food upscale but the presentation on the main table, as well as passed items for my 40 guests, were elegant. The guests loved everything! They use recyclable and biodegradable service ware too. Beautiful pressed palm plates made from fallen fronds - who knew? The service was impeccable and more than expected. My husband and I had earlier moved dining chairs into various rooms for seating. At the end of the evening, before I knew it, they had moved all the dining chairs back to their original places, took up all the table cloths for the laundry and left the kitchen spotless!! I could go on but Ill just end by saying, "Hire them!!!"

Wow! Just wow!! We had a group of about 15 friends in our home and Josh and Kimberley did everything. The food was amazing, delicious and presented beautifully. And the wine pairings prepared and served by Josh were perfect. They are a great team, complete professionals and a joy to work with. I literally threw a table cloth on our dining room table and they brought and did everything else. The set up and presentation was first class and the evening flowed seamlessly with 6 courses of food and wine. Oh and a welcome cocktail to start! Our guests loved them and enjoyed learning about the food and wine. Cant wait to have them again. Already thinking about our next event!!!

I didnt expect the service I received. When you think a catering company you think mass produced food stored in aluminum dishes with a big mess to clean up after. Not with Kimberley Ashlee Catering. I had a party at my home with 15 people. Josh, Kim, and I created a simple yet elegant menu for my guests. The food was amazing. The detail put into each dish was astonishing. They thought of everything. It was the most stress free event I have ever hosted. When they were done they cleaned my kitchen up and it was like they were never there. I can not recommend them enough.

The sensational flavor combinations and presentation of the meals provided by Kimberley Ashlee Catering can only be overshadowed by the stunning service the food comes with. Working with Kimberley and Joshua two nights in a row with very different events each night and some hiccups on our end along the way, these talented professionals were quick to roll with the punches and adapt to any challenge, never faltering. Both nights were a success in no small part thanks to the service provided by Kimberley Ashlee Catering. We look forward to working with them again soon.

Kimberley was so helpful, professional, and patient through the entire planning process. The menu she created based on a few preferences I gave her was just perfect.
