It required a half hour to get food for my wife and myself. I ordered to-go food inside the Panera Bread at Valley View. I was alone, by myself. I was to take the food home and eat with my wife. I waited and waited even longer. It was a very long wait. At the end of my wait it was 30 minutes (1 half hour) . To say I was annoyed with this situation is a understatement. I complaint to the manager. The manager did not listen to me and did not do anything to help this situation. Then the manager said they are busy and "I do not have time to address you right now". Just ignoring everything I said. I walked away out of the restaurant angry. The food is very good but I was very angry with the treatment. They did not listen to me after I wait for such a long time. As I was leaving, I witnessed another customer attempt speaking with the manager. The manager said the same thing "I dont have time to address you". They never have time to address the customers.

This was the worst Panera I have ever been to, and I like Panera. There is clearly a management issue. After waiting 20 minutes for food for 2 people and listening to people around me saying they were waiting 40 minutes for their food and still hadnt gotten it, we got a refund and left. Another person beside me said it was his third time at the location and every time they had messed up his order. After reading these other reviews, I honestly dont understand why people still go to this location. Avoid at all costs!

Food moves at an incredibly slow pace, snail like actually. The kitchen had no less than 5 people vacantly wandering with sandwich components, looking like they had no clue how to assemble them. Consistent with other reviews, the staff as a whole is rude. I think the training videos are rounded out with tips on how to properly roll your eyes, or not use a single muscle in your face to greet a patron. The food, overpriced and small portions. Garbage.

I just walked in and stood at the register for about 5 minutes as there were 2 other workers walking around pretty much doing nothing. The woman who took the previous customers order was sending bagels through the cutter as I pretty much stood there waiting. I never was greeted or told that someone would be with you shortly. That is piss poor customer service. After standing there for at least 5 minutes I walked out and gave this review.

Just go to McDonalds, at least you know what your getting. Look this is just another fast food place. Not a deli not a real restaurant and not very good. Black Slimy avacado, raw soggy bacon, old rotten tomatoes, soggy bread and no Basil. You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig. Slowest service on the planet 15 minutes to order then 25 minutes to get one sandwich at 1:30 in the afternoon not even lunch rush.

Worst Panera experience ever. We eat at Panera quite a bit and love it. This one was disorganized and very slow. They struggled to ring up a tuna on croissant as a kids meal. I have never had a problem at any other Panera. Manager was disheveled. They forgot our pastry and we had to remind them. Bathrooms were not that clean either. Looks like they needed more help.

I ordered delivery to my job. I got soup and salad but the dressing was not in the bag. I called and the manager hand delivered my salad dressing and a cookie. I was very appreciative, as my workplace is not extremely close to the store and it was pouring rain. Exceptional customer service!

Employee s were polite but I was there having an order replaced bc they had put nuts in my salad. There was one lady before me so no excuse for me having to wait 20 min. Seemed like the manager was the only one working. I love Panera so I will be back. Just hope for faster service

The food is good but some of the staff is so rude! During my last visit I was getting my drink and one of the staff members put his hands on his hips and glared at me because I was in his way. I was polite but do not appreciate being treated rudely for no reason.

Typical Panera goodness! Clean store, clean food, happy employees, and an overall wonderful experience for me. This location delivers too! I stayed at the Hampton Inn down the road and they delivered to another guest in my party.

Used to love Panera bread but they keep changing their salads so I came back and got the pick 2 and the manager wouldnt let me get the BBQ salad as part of pick 2 so they aint getting my money anymore! Im not coming back here!

Just waited 25 minutes after a long line to order for my food, a Greek salad with mainly rotten lettuce, either pickled or just incredibly old onions (if that is what it is) incredibly gross and upsetting!

The quality of the food here is good, but like any other Panera, its still pricey for the amount you get. Theres free WiFi but sometimes its limited if its during the busy hours.

I eat at Panera around the state all the time. Food was late and I ordered online. Mac n cheese was worst I had ever tasted from Panera. Seemed like they were understaffed.
