Second time I have had a hairdresser who did not make me comfortable. You go in for a haircut only, they proceed to tell you how damaged your hair is and you need a "treatment". They ask you how much to cut, you tell them then they say hmpfff dont know if I will get all the damage off. As they are cutting your hair, supposedly in long layers they proceed to part your hair wrong-great observation skills!!! And still talk about the treatment you need because your hair looks terrible. Listen hairdresser (2) you are paid to cut hair not make me feel bad about my hair WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND WILL PASS ON TO EVERYONE I KNOW. Oh yeah and I had a hairdresser/stylist who cut my hair for 6 years who loved my hair!!!! Too bad we moved

I tried this place and it is terrible, I would not send my worst enemy to this place. They’re rookie hair dressers who have no place being anywhere near another human being with a pair of scissors. If you want a horrific haircut, help yourself, but my recommendation is to spend a little extra money and go to someone who knows how to cut hair.

Went here today with my kids for emergency hair cuts...you know when all of a sudden its just so bad? Was very pleasantly surprised. The place itself needs a makeover. The waiting area is gross. But the woman who cut my childrens hair did a very good job. Much better quality than any of the comparatively priced salons.

I have been going to this Supercuts for ten years. I have had about 260 haircuts in that time. Only once was a hairdresser not competent. They are all friendly, qualified and they do a great job. I am a devoted fan of Downingtown Supercuts. They are awesome.

One of the two hair dressers seems to be more interested in sitting there and talking to one of her clients rather than actually doing her job. All the while there are three people in line. Shes been going for over half an hour without doing her job.
