I am a Platinum Ulta Rewards member. I buy online and in store. My experiences at this location are inconsistent. Ive had horrible moments there, such as continually out of stock items, uneducated and rude staff with high turn over, only once have I experienced staff in the skin care services department. Im in that back section a lot when I am in store. Ive also had great moments with finding the perfect person to work on my hair (Denise, shes since moved.) and have had one salon visit with Sam, very, very clean, usually helpful staff when I initiate and inquire (Im asked more often do I need a bag than help in finding or education in product and sales. Overall, due to the inconsistencies, my experience at this location is just okay.

If you have impossible to style curls and/or mixed hair, go to Sam! Shes the only other stylist Ive ever found who can cut my hair properly besides the French stylist in NYC I can no longer afford. A ton of value for your money, and a great experience. The store also has great sales, and the points system is solid.

My wife, brought photos of hair color and the dye number and photo of the preferred cut. stylist used a different dye number and had to bleach out the color and start over. Color was still not right and the cut was horrendous. This was done by the lead "stylist". I do not recommend this establishment.

Love the store. Has every beauty product a woman could ever need or want. The sales woman are very professional which I think makes them seem a bit cold and unfriendly. Hence the reason for my 3 stars.
