We started taking our 3 kids here when it first opened. I was really happy with the cuts at first, but recently they have been SO BAD. My girls have such bad cuts after this last time, its embarrassing. Im going to have to pay to have them fixed before school. My 4 year olds is so obviously uneven its like she didnt even check it after she cut it. One side is below her chin while the other side is about a 1/2 inch above her chin. The girls in there are also really bad with kids. I imagine most of their clients are children, but it amazes me how terrible they are at interacting with them. Is it thst hard to smile and act like you kind of want to be there? I personally got a cut there because my girl was booked and I just needed one that day. It was such a bad cut that when I went back to my salon a week later my hair dresser made fun of it and we had a good laugh while she fixed it. The saddest part is, the girl who cut mine was cutting hair for over 15 years. How can you be so bad after that long??? I dont ever leave Google reviews, but Im just disgusted with that place as I have to find a place to fix 2 haircuts now. We will never go back. ((I had to trim some misses hairs off my son too.)) Altogether, this place isnt worth a cheap cut... even for kids.

This is by far the worst place ever. I usually go to the Great Cips in Pittston because they are the best, but yesterday I decided to go to the one in Dickson City since its closer to home.......BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! I told them I wanted 2 inches taken off, my hair thinned out and bangs trimmed. Well the bangs turned out fine but the rest of my hair, not so much. The girl that did my hair (dont know her name because she never told me) took a lot more then 2 inches off. The front of my hair is butchered. Its all different lengths and the back is almost as bad. She never thinned it out and it really needed it as I have really thick hair. I am so mad right now. I cant even wear it down if I wanted too because it looks so bad. It almost seemed like the girl was in a hurry and as a result me and my hair suffered. I will never go to this salon again. I will go the extra distance and stick with the Pittston location as they seem to care more about their customers. Stay away from this place if you can.

Used $7.99 coupon, which is a pretty good deal, but like the one guys review, they dont do what you show them a picture of. In fact they cut REAL short. A lot of salons dont do it anyway, but this stylist I went to looked at it, and didnt even want to attempt it. She asked how I wanted it again after showing the picture. I said like the picture. She gave me a crew cut, when it was supposed to be 2 inches on top, half inch on sides and back. Half inch all around.

Bad experience! The haircut was mediocre, but the beard- Awful! The stylist wasnt up with modern trends and didnt take the time to clarify exactly what I wanted before cutting/trimming. And unfortunately once hair is cut, youre only option is to shave it off or wait til it grows back. Well this was so unappealing to me- that Im beardless right now. Such high hopes! But now I wont go back to the salon.

Two stars for Teya because she seemed nice. But she told me she knew how to cut with scissors. Needless to say she does not. From the moment she started I knew it was going to be wrong. Walked out feeling as if I didnt get a haircut and threw away $14 bucks. Too many people tell me they know how to cut hair. Go elsewhere.
