I was charged $17 for a "shampoo" and haircut. They never shampooed my hair, I did prior to going there. When I brought the charge to girls attention she said "Oh, it just comes up that way" (whatever the hell that means...) and I told her yous didnt shampoo my hair, I did, to which she responded "did you want me to shampoo your hair?".....uh, REALLY? Whatever, I just paid the BS price just to get out of there forever. And to make matters worse, when I got home I noticed she zipped the left side of my head, leaving a bald spot AND I had to tidy up my sideburns, which I specifically requested her to do. Never again....NEVER AGAIN! They get an F rating out of me....

Ive gotten highlights here a dozen of times and they end up looking great. The people there are super nice and I am always pleased with holiday hairs overall experience.
