I would most definitely recommend Cosmetic & Laser Medispa. I’ve been a client for almost 1 ½ years. As a very busy mom, wife, and Soldier, this is what I treat myself to once a month. The staff is AMAZING and very friendly. All are very knowledge about the services they offer. They don’t push you into buying services you don’t need. My biggest issues were my uneven skin tone and darks spots all over my face. I took the advice of Marlene (BTW she is AWESOME) and started with microdermabrasions, then moved on to chemical peels, then laser facials. As you can see from the pictures, my skin tone on my face has evened out and some of the dark spots have faded while others are fading. I’m very satisfied with my results so far. I made sure to leave the dates on the top of the before and after pictures. So you can see the gradual changes from month to month. I get so many compliments on my skin now and all credit goes to Cosmetic Laser and Medispa. Thank you ladies for everything you do. You ROCK!!!

I work two jobs and recently decided to treat myself to a microbrasion, I chose the Cosmetic & Laser Medispa because it was close to home. As soon as you walk you in you are welcomed by a friendly smile from Tabetha. I then met Marlyn who performed my microbasion telling me what she was doing each step of the way so there was no surprises. I was so happy with my treatment and felt so comfortable that I went on and purchased a laser package to diminish the sun spots on my face. After just two treatments they are either gone or less noticeable. I have since spoken to Jennifer over the phone about what I am trying to accomplish and Jennifer was so helpful and honest and not pushy at all. All the staff that I have met are so friendly and out going I just love it. I would recommend anyone to check our the Cosmetic & Laser Medispa before going anywhere else to save yourself time and energy because your search will be over.

What can I say, Jen and the staff at the Medi-Spa are simply amazing! Ive been getting microdermabrasions there for a few months now and my face has never been better! Marlene is simply amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure Im taken care of there. Jen makes sure her staff if knowledgeable but better yet, makes the place feel like home. Most times when you go to a business, you can tell it is a business, but when Im at the Medi-Spa I feel like Im sitting right in my living room at home. I havent encountered Brittany much, as she mainly does injections and I dont get that done. But she is very knowledgeable and helpful when I ask her questions! I didnt think the Medi-Spa could get any better, then Tabby was hired! She was the missing puzzle piece no one ever knew was missing. I would highly recommend Jen and the Medi-Spa to anyone.

The staff were welcoming and answered all the questions I had for them! They were reassuring, positive, and confident in their practice. I am personally receiving the hair reduction procedure in various spots on my body, I was a little nervous for the procedure ( if it was going to be painful, how long it would last, and side effects, and so on) My technician was fabulous, she brought me a sense of ease and relaxation as well as answering all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend the Cosmetic & Laser Medispa the staff, procedures, and packages they offer are wonderful!

Today I went in for my second laser hair reduction treatment. I cant believe how amazing the staff is. Completely attentive and kind. They truly care about what you want and the best for you. They give honest opinions and dont try to sell you things you dont need. The prices are honest and Ive actually found them to be one of the lower places around here. Plus they are very efficient in what they do and quick as well! I highly recommend this place.

I have gotten a package of 7 microdermabrasion facials for $500. It is the only location in Watertown that provides them as well as several other laser services. The tech is very sweet and provides great info into other products to revitalize collagen production in the face and neck. After a couple of the microdermabrasion treatments, my skin color and tone was noticeably improved. I highly recommend these as a part of routine skin care.

I had the juviderm lip injections and the doctor was so welcoming and the staff also made sure I was pleased! They were insightful and helpful! I met both doctors and both made sure to help me, I went back to have it checked and another set! Absolutely loved it! Its on my goals to get more fillers and facials! Highly recommend. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wide amount of facial and spa services. They take a generous amount of time during consultation to explain each one for you, answer all questions, and give you advice based on your needs and skin. Prices are comparible to ones around but you are also getting quality and cleanliness!! Office is immaculate!!
