Took my 3 year old son here for a haircut. We typically avoid haircuts for him st all costs because he is (was) just terrified.. for no reason, but he would scream, cry, wiggle & fight the ENTIRE time!! Today started off no different as we walked in he immediately started to cry & even tried to escape out the door. We were called back.. my husband & I wrestled him off the floor, into his lap & held him tightly! The stylist, Jodi (our savior), was so patient! She showed our son how the clippers worked, let him turn them on & even hold them. He wasnt afraid anymore.. we were able to losen our tight grips on him & he actually enjoyed his haircut! She was nothing short of amazing.. she turned what was sure to be another terrifying haircut into an enjoyable experience for our little guy!! I will never take him to anyone else!!! If you are looking for a place to take your kids for a haircut avoid Hair Cuttery. They are not equipped for small children and seem uncomfortable dealing with them. We just moved to the area and this is the first place we tried. My son, who has never cried or had a problem with haircuts, received the worst haircut he has ever had. One of the stylists held him down without asking my permission. Im quite certain the next haircut he gets will be traumatic because he will, unfortunately, remember this one. Going tomorrow to find someplace that might be able to do something with the mess they made.

Went with a friend and they forgot to put his name in the computer so he never got called for the longest time and sat there while others who came after him got seen. Finally he was noticed and they took him back.

My first time here...staff was very friendly and nice.Tiffany was awesome she took her time with me ...answered the questions i had and did a great job on my hair...will definitely be going back again.
