I called ahead and they stated if I arrive before 5pm they could fit my daughter and I in. I arrived at 330pm and they stated we had an hour wait. That was OK with us so we ran over to target and was back in less then 30 minutes, they observed that we rearrived, and no issue. After sitting in the lobby for 30 more minutes, a stylist came up to my daughter and I and stated they only have time for one of us, and asked us to chose. I chose to go else wear, and left disappointed.

About 2 years ago, I stumbled upon this place after leaving the European Wax Center. I saw a woman with a short curly fro and I asked if anyone there could style my 4c hair (if you are into hair typing) She suggested that I see Marshett and I have been going to her ever since! ok, so when i went there, they told me to wait for 10-15 minuted so i waited. about 20 minutes later, i asked when im gonna get a haircut and they told me to wait another 15 min.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. the layers in my hair are so choppy and the lady who did my hair cut off 3 more inches then expected. I hope this grows out quickly.
