Recently went and got a hair cut here and i brought a picture with me. I dont remember the persons name nor do i remember hearing it so i cant say who it was. It was cut short on one side like i wanted but it need to be higher since a part of my hair always fall to that side and when i asked to do so she told me its supposed to be like that because she cut a straight line and i have to buy hairspray to fix it and keep it in place. Then on the other side it was supposed to still be long and angled so that the side bang on the front was the longest. Nope my back was longer than the front. And my front was too short to my liking. So even though my hair was already messed up and not how i wanted i tried to save it a bit. So i asked to cut the back shorter. She did but then made the rest shorter as well completely ignoring what i just asked. I havent been this mad about my hair in 2 years. Going somewhere else today to try and fix it and if i cant then im cutting the rest off and growing it out again but i havent had my hair as short as its going to end up being in 6 years so im not happy about it. First time at a Great Clips and last time.

2 adults and 3 children in my family had haircuts over the course of two weeks. Every one wasnt done well. They werent even elaborate cuts. One was just a trim! Went back for one of my kids to get the cut fixed and had to deal with excuse after excuse, all blaming my child, and innappropriate comments. And all I wanted was for my childs hair to be fixed...which it still isnt. And I was pretty much told it wasnt going to be as well. I hope other people were luckier than we were, but this salon is just not right for us.

I asked for the simplest instructions: "Bring the sides down to a one fading into a two and then ever so slightly fade it into what I have at the top, without trimming the top." She completely undermined my instructions, since she didnt like the idea, even though Ive gotten this haircut so many times. She decided to do her own thing, and although she claimed she was going to cut as little off the top as possible she cut a third of it off, shaved the sides real short, and now I look like an idiot.

My hairdresser was not very warm or welcoming at all. I did not ask for anything too complicated but she completely messed up my bangs and made me look like either Lord Farquaad from Shrek or a little Dutch boy. She told me Id "just have to work with it". I will not he returning.

Great cut, they log what they used in the computer to ensure its done the way you like it.. I do find it amusing that only women seem to have had an issue. My old barber often told me she would much rather do mens hair than womens hair. Infer what you like...

I got a great haircut, just a cut, no shampoo, for $15 + a $5 tip. The stylist had beautiful auburn hair (always a good sign) and was very engaging. Loved the service and loved the resulting haircut even more.
