Usually an okay place to have a haircut, but had a terrible experience this time. Someone called Stephanie was cutting my hair this time. I havent encountered such a rude person in a hair salon in my life. She had long nails and was hurting me by pressing her fingers on my head. If I moved occasionally to check whether she was cutting alright, she was yelling at me to not move and if I had any problems etc. When I asked her to not be so rude and I have all rights to check how she is cutting my hair, she simply stopped my haircut and asked me to get it completed by another women. I had to shift to another persons table with half hair cut done. This new lady was cutting with different lengths so I requested to make it look even with the other half. She said with a straight face that she cant do that since her style is different to the previous person. I didnt had any other option but to ask to use a trimmer instead (which I hate) to make sure I go out with a even haircut. I am not going to this Salon again and dont recommend to others if u want to be treated with respect and get ur haircut as u want.

Would not recommend this place. I asked for a trim, and specifically said i wanted only half an inch off my hair. She proceeded to cut off over an inch to inch and a half off. This has happened multiple times. I believe they only go off of what you previously got cut or go off of how long it has been since you have gotten it cut. They disregard your input. They seem to have a high turn over rate, and I have had an employee complain to me about her job while cutting my hair. Whether its just a poor work environment or just inexperienced employees, I will not be going back to Great Clips for a hair cut.

From my personal experience it is either hit or miss. I used to go the same lady every 3 weeks on a Saturday for nearly 4 months. One day I came in and asked for her. The answer was "she is no longer here". The other woman cut my hair and disappeared as well. Third person was just terrible. Turn-over is insane. Makes no sense going there, as you are taking a chance. I found another place near my house. So far so good.

The lady that cut my hair was very nice and also very inexperienced... the hair cut was very poor and my fade was very uneven. Do not under any circumstance get your haircut from Debbie... her attitude is terrible and her haircuts are even worse.... With 7 people waiting she swept the floor while saying I dont care how long they wait Im here til 6 and she made sure to say it just loud enough for everyone to here...

The past two haircuts here my sons neck was tore up by dull clippers, with two different stylists. He is a teenager and has never had this problem before. The people who work there are very nice and the haircuts are good, but apparently the girls have to buy their own clippers. Maybe they are on hard times, but the equipment has to be kept good enough to not tear someone up. We will not be going back.

More crowded on weekends, so I try to be there on weekdays. General waiting time is 15-20 minutes on a busy day. One can check in online using their mobile app and beat the line. Place is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and willing to listen your requirements.

It is the worst place Ive ever visited... A lady after specifying so many times totally messed up my sons hair.. she did a level 3 when it clearly stated 6.. i will never take him there ever again..
