This was the worst salon I have ever been to in my life. They didn't acknowledge me although their sign says walk-ins welcome. I waited for 30 minutes before someone spoke to me. They then told me that there was an hour and a half wait. I wish that they would have told me when I walked in;then, I would not have been frustrated. Instead, they wasted my time. Their customer service is horrific. I would strongly recommend not going to this place. It is not worth it.

I am always nervous to try a new hair stylist, but I had Bambi tonight at the Hair Cuttery and was VERY pleased with my hair cut! I showed her a picture of what I wanted it to look like and she did exactly that. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the stylists are all very friendly. Prices are also reasonable. I am a very happy customer who will definitely be a regular now. Thank you!!

Tried the "walk-in" service - was told 30 minutes but waited over 45 without so much as an update. I wasted my entire lunch break and didnt get a cut. I ended up walking out ~ you would think they would try and call the cell # that I had given to try and get a customer back. Must not need business if they cant be bothered to deal with a walk-out.

Was spending 150-200.00 to get hair done. Found an awesome stylist in NJ at HC but moved here recently and again found the best stylist here at HC in Pa. So thrilled!! Get compliments constantly!
