Been coming here for a few years..there used to be such great, personable stylists at this location... and I dont know what happened. The male store manager from 1yr+ ago and JLo were always amazing. Kelly Sloan was friendly too, and I always tipped them well. The last few times Ive been in, Ive gotten these rude people who seem annoyed to have to do their job, and cant even smile at you or attempt to provide any kind of real customer service. I was told twice today by the stylist that they wouldnt recommend what I had asked they do... (which is the same way his hair has been cut for years) and then she "educated" me all irritated about how what I was showing her was a hair style, not a hair cut. Dont patronize your customers like theyre stupid. I shouldnt have to then clarify to then CUT his damn hair so that it can be STYLED to look like that.. (they have notes in the system of exactly how hes had It cut for years to follow and she held up the piece of paper with It on there and didnt even follow it, combined with her cheerful personality this experience was going great!). It got to the point I was just ready to go, and figured Id fix whatever I needed to at home, because any kind of direction about the style I wanted was just aggravating her and I was trying not to snap in front of my son. She dry cut his hair, and continued to dry cut it even after I stated my preference for using some water because he gets a very textured faded cut. She made sure to tell him not to forget his glasses, which he couldnt even see because she had thrown her dirty hair towel over them. Glad she felt that was an appropriate way to leave them after seeing the arm barely sticking out under the towel and telling him not to forget them. Smfh. Im over this place, time to go somewhere new that isnt so desperate with turn over they hire and keep people like this, because the stylist before her wasnt too far off. What a poor reflection of company values. She wouldnt have even gotten a tip if it werent for the fact my sisters were waitresses and I basically cant not tip someone. Pay a little more, and go somewhere else. I am.

we have a four year old with autism and every time we go to great clips in downingtown i am so impressed. its very hard for him to sit for a haircut- he cries and screams- and every stylist is so patient with him and kind to our whole family. we have tried other places to have our kids hair cut- specifically the place geared to kids in the mall- and they dont hold a candle to the downingtown great clips. we are really thankful to all of the stylists there. we never have to wait long, and above all, my boys always end up with amazing haircuts! i cant recommend them enough.

Great Clips has very high turn over- usually that means they dont treat their employees well. Thats why I cant give them more than 3 stars- the only reason I give them that many is because they manage to keep talent like Keenan. She is the best stylist! I hope they can hold on to her. Otherwise, I love going there but I dont like supporting businesses that dont care about their employees. Please DO BETTER Great Clips; Mill Town Square!!!!!

I didnt have to wait long for my haircut. I asked for the normal. (3 on head scissors on top) just a bit shorter. . But she did three on the whole head. It looks horrible, I look half bald. I dont even want to walk outside now after that haircut. This was on 6/17. Edit: I have realized that the reason she gave me 3 all around was lack of communication. I have had other good experiences here so Ill give it a 4.

I use this location all the time I check in online and the wait is nothing when I get there . However , I had my second bad haircut recently by separate stylists and I wont be using this location anymore . Some do a great job but others chop chop and a lot of conversation . Also the revolving door of stylists . Sorry Great Clips Downingtown ....You lost a customer !

Went here today. Hours posted 9am opening. It was 9.15 and no one in sight. A few people came up and walked away while I sat there hoping an employee would show up to cut my kids hair. Turned out well though as we went down the street to supercuts and they did a surprisingly good job.

Went here for about 2 years. Will not be returning. Everything about this place says dont come here. Came in close to close last night and was rushed in and out and given a terrible haircut. Save your money go somewhere else.
